Draft courtesy of tytoanderso. Pours a dark copper color with a small white head. Aroma consisting a citrus, pine, juicy fruit gum, and flowers. Nice. Definitely has some of that house Sierra Nevada yeast characteristic. Just a tad thin on the palate with some lively carbonation. Flavors of bitter grapefruit rind, herbal hops, juicy/soft fruit, and snapple. Just a hair of bitterness in thr finish that doesnt detract from the refreshing nature of the beer. Don’t get a whole lot of the wheat, but could still pound the shit out of this. Much like what I would like to do to Kat Dennings. flatmatt (1576) - Northville, Michigan, USA - MAY 31, 2012
On tap at Ashley’s Ann Arbor. Pours amber with a white head. Aroma is spicy, pine, and citrus hops, reminiscent of my memories of Celebration Ale. Spicy, pine, and floral hop flavors, toasted wheaty biscuit, herbal, with a decent bitterness. Very nice flavors, but lacking a bit of punch.
