Another solid ipa, with freshness all around, grapefruit and pine. Liked the German a touch more just for it’s uniqueness, but they were equally as good. bergstaden (2981) - Røros, NORWAY - APR 11, 2015
Dark golden with an off white head - There is some caramle in the aroma fro malts, and there is olos a Nice hopoy aroma - Good malt body with hints of caramel and with a good hop profile with citrus and some hints of pine with a nice bitterness - The hops goes into the finish with a good hop dry finish - This was good Theydon_Bois (19506) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - NOV 22, 2014
Keg at Bagby, Oceanside, 14/11/14.
Clear orange amber with decent white edgework and spotting.
Nose is caramel malt, perfumed notes, light pine, bitter orange, candied fruit peel.
Taste is caramel malt forward, bitter orange, pine, melon.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with hop bitterness present.
Ok but not my kind of IPA, little too sweet and not enough bitterness. peteinSD (1469) - San Diego, California, USA - OCT 29, 2014
Tap @ Bagby. Orange pour with a white head. Pine and aggressive bitterness with sweeter malt in the background on the aroma. Taste is bitterness with spots of pine and faded floral notes followed by sweet malt. Coating mouthfeel. Decent. DedicatedToFun (4000) - Santa Monica, California, USA - OCT 23, 2014
Tap, orange pour, white head, nose and taste are oranges, lemons, hoppy, bitter

On tap @ Bagby Beer. Orange-amber pour with a white head. Resinous pine and citrus peel. Sort of grassy and a little bit of a caramel malt note. The flavor is fairly bitter and resinous. Kind of a caramel note, though. There’s a slight watermelon note and some orange peel. Okay. JohnnyJ (5562) - San Diego, California, USA - OCT 4, 2014
On draft. Clear copper amber pour, with an off white head. Smells like citrus rind and farts. Flavors of grapefruit, citrusy hops, bitter pine, and caramel malt. It’s decent, but doesn’t really stand out in any way. GT (10000) - San Diego, California, USA - SEP 18, 2014
Keg at Bagby. $5 Half Becher, kind of pricey. Clear copper with rocky buttermilk foam. Good lacing. Nose is grilled kumquat, red grapefruit, pine sap, tree bark. Taste is red grapefruit, big rind bitterness, huge resin. Long grapefruit peel bitterness. Clean as always, superbly done. Another awesome SN hop bomb. On tap at Obrien’s. Pours with a hazed amber-orange hued body with a large and retentive just off-white head that leaves great lace. Aromas are perfumey, floral, tangerine, orange with low malt. Flavors are of tangerine, medium tea, medium-fuller malt, light tamarind, grapefruit. Dry. Medium bodied, somewhat more warming than expected given the ABV. bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - JUL 31, 2012
(Draught) Pours a burnt orange body with a medium off-white head. Aroma of grass, orange, florals, caramel, and herbs. Flavor of orange, grass, earth, and grapefruit with a dry, bitter finish.
