Appearance: Slightly hazy golden with a small white head and some lacing
Aroma: Banana eaters and pepper
Taste: Banana esters, spices & grainy
Handbottle thanks to Toby. Pours a clear yellow color with a medium white head. The aroma is light straw some corn and sweet banana esters. The flavor is a very light easygoing grain and light spiciness, very much a Summer Ale. Akin to a Golden Ale more than a Saison. Interesting. The flavor was not too bad, a nice light pale ale, very English in flavor, but with a Belgian fruity/floweriness. What I was really unhappy about was the ridiculous dryness of it. I would have been angry had I been sweating and thirsty at Bonnaroo and received a pint of something to make me even more thirsty. Luckily I was at flying saucer when I had it and was able to wash it down with something else. MmmcKay (1052) - Brentwood, Tennessee, USA - JUL 25, 2011
Tried sample at Flying Saucer. Very light yellow in color. Mellow Saison with some spice and vegetal flavors. Pretty nice but nothing to write home about. Appropriately light though for the summer. bluesandbarbq (33) - Oak Ridge, Tennessee, USA - JUL 20, 2011
Growler of this special Tennessee/Bonnaroo beer from Bearden Beer Market. Nearly clear light golden pour with a well-sustained white fluffy head and large chunky lacing. Nice yeasty/Belgo aroma, some floral and spices, lightly funky. Taste is very refreshing with a nice funky/yeasty mouthfeel and early flavor followed with a bit of floral hops, very lightly bittered, and some spices and citrus along with some other fruits. Wow! Very nice Saison - very well done Sierra Nevada - glad you made this one! Super summer brew and extremely refreshing.

On tap @ Bearden Beer Market. Light yellow gold, decent sized loose spongy head. smells kinda citrusy, kinda herbal. Flavor is also citrusy and herbal, lus a little bit of light sweetness and fruitiness. Maybe a bit of clove and dry white wine, as well. thefle (167) - , New Jersey, USA - JUN 14, 2011
12 oz cup at where else? Bonnaroo...Fairly simple beer, had some light fruity tastes to it, nothing particularly overwhelming. Finished light. Not a spectacular beer but it did suit your beer needs at something as hot as Bonnaroo, glad I tried it. SpringsLicker (3638) - Tennessee, USA - JUN 13, 2011
Light gold with a tight white head.
Light, spicy aroma.
Lightly bitter with a dry finish. Fairly simple.
