3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Amber in color, hazy. Not a bad aroma lots of pine to my nose. Taste was not bad, kind of dry and a lot of malt flavor with a touch of their hops. The palate tasted similar to their pale ale by the end. Not a bad brew
Pours a coppery, brown coloraion with a large, creamy head. Smells of sweet, bready, bsicuity malt with a strong pine presence and just a touch of tangerine citrus. Taste follows the nose, with strong, biscuity malt and pine and just a touch of dank, floral, slightly citrussy hops: orange peel, tangerine and toffee, followed by a medium bitterness. This review is from a 2015 bottle which was about 2 1/2 years old. Would love to taste this fresh for comparison. I guess the hops have faded a little, but this is actually still quite nice with the strong malt and pine notes with just a hint of citrus. Actually reminds me a lot of Uerige Jrön, a fresh hopped Alt beer. BeardedAvenger (1264) - Addlestone, Surrey, ENGLAND - JAN 8, 2018
Keg at Rose and Thistle, Frimley. Not getting much aroma over food. Light chestnut. Creamy white head. Graduappy gains bitterness. At first had a caramel sweetness. Then hoppy bitterness gains prominence. Underlying malts. Medium bodied. Slick. Low key fizzy carb. Long finish with astringent bite. Not too bad. A malty IPA. Does leave a bad taste in the mouth I'm not entirely keen on. However works as a winter beer. 3.4 thebeerbandit (36) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 1, 2018

Had with Abby during the first quarter of Bama vs. Clemson sugar bowl. Roll Tide!!
Poured from bottle. Deep hazy orange with a 1 finger white head.
Aroma is piney hops with a little sweetness.
Taste is more piney hops with a fair caramel malt presence. Really well balanced. Both bitter and sweet.
Not too much carbonation and medium feel. Hoppy bitterness lingers on the finish.
Overall, this is awesome! Balance is exceptional! Lots of malty sweetness with a great showcase of the hops. Would have assumed it was a Double/Imperial from the malt presence. I’ll definitely get it next year too! EerieDrinks (354) - Malm, SWEDEN - DEC 28, 2017
4 finger off-white head.
Clear, amber coloured beer.pachecoweld (29) - California, USA - DEC 26, 2017
Aroma is grapefruit, lemon peels, apricot, caramel, light passionfruit and pine.
Taste is grapefruit, bready malts, pilsner spiciness and pepper with a boozy finish. Hint of clove and roasted malts.
Mouthfeel is semi-sticky with a slightly dry feel. Medium-high bitterness. Low carbonation.
Overall: An OK IPA with a good maltiness but it felt quite anonymous most of the time. Pleasant but not something I'm longing for to drink again.
An excellent winter time ale. Aroma is light pine a pinch of citrus and some roasty notes thrown in. Color is a medium brown to Amber. Flavor is a bit of pine with lots of rich caramel malt and toasted nuts, a medium bitter finish. Not too sweet and not fruity like a typical IPA. Just what I'm looking for in the winter to enjoy.

Celebration just made my Top 5 of any style. Pours a dark orange with a very thick, rocky, tan head which laces nicely and sticks around to the end. I like IPAs but was not sure if I would like fresh hops -- I do now! You get a tasty balance of hoppy bite and sweet malt delivered in medium body. If you like IPAs, but weren't sure if they were for winter --- this is your answer. It's delicious -- I normally don't buy beers twice because I like to keep trying new ones, but, I am definitely going to pick up another six for the holidays. Awesome. Poured from bottle dated 9/28/17 copper color with a tan head. Aroma is doughy malt light citrus floral notes and pine. Taste is caramel spice and a strong lingering bitterness. DocJitsu (2060) - Pensacola, Florida, USA - DEC 12, 2017
Pours a cloudy amber with a sudsy caramel colored head. Caramel malt and vegetal hop nose. Usual hop harshness from SN. 1) couldn’t believe I’d never had it; 2) went to one bar and three stores to finally find some; 3) regret that I got excited about it and paid $11+.
