A decent offering, well worth the money and i’d possibly get it again. Just didn’t knock my socks off. Huge boozy nose, tons of booze on the flavor, great base beer, a little too hot though. doublea (27) - , California, USA - JUN 7, 2010
On tap @ Beachwood BBQ. This rare gem was side by side with Parabola, and I think I may have almost liked it more... More of a coffee aroma than Parabola, and more in your face bourbon, but well balanced. Delicious! badlizard (5533) - Berkeley, California, USA - MAY 23, 2010
Black with a creamy tan head. Chocolate vanilla oak and bourbon aroma. Big bourbon chocolate taste with a nice oaky finish. danielcurtis81 (1519) - San Diego, California, USA - MAY 21, 2010
Served on tap at Pizza Port OB. Pours a rich dark chocolate brown. The flavors and aromas are rich with roasted malts, nice whiskey characteristics, wood notes, dark chocolate, a nice smoke edge at times. The mouth is really smooth with the alcohol well hidden and balanced. I enjoyed this a lot more then the regular.
