On tap at Churchkey. Served in a mini snifter. Pours dark brown with a nice tan head and a bit of lacing. The nose has roast underlying some vinous notes and a light lactic acidity. Some cherry and light dark fruits. Flavor is roasty with a moderate lactic sourness. Red wine underneath as well as some oak. Medium body. Dry, sour finish. Draft. Clear dark-brown body, minimal beige head. Aroma is moderately sweet, sour some roast, light caramel, funk. Taste is moderately sweet, sour, some funk, light roast. Light-medium body, low carbonation, light acidity.

Tap at CK. Deep ruby pour looking near black. Small, thin layer of foam. Nose is toffee, mild butter/diacetyl. Taste is tangy, barely sour, more just "tart". Dry, tannic, red wine finish with big barrel flavor. RR Consecration barrels? Small lactic and citric acid in the finish with refreshing saltwater. Glass at the RR/SN dinner at Monk’s. Pours dark chicory, almost black, with a wispy, espresso head. Aroma of wet basement, dog sweat, briney sea air, dark chocolate, pinot noir, tobacco, and some slight oakiness. Pours a black color with off white head, Aromas and Taste of butterscotch, rich sugars, cocoa, vinegar, tons of funk, salt, toffee, dog sweat, cocoa, cinnamon, pinot, roast cashew, and pumpernickel. Draft. Dark pour with a small fizzy foamy head. Notes of dark cocoa. Wet leather. Cigar. Brandied sour cherry. Feels burnt dark and juicy at the same time. Bitter smoked dark chocolate cherry cordial.
