COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Flipside Red IPA is a rebuttal to the mild-mannered beers of summer. Tropical fruit and citrus hop flavors from the use of whole-cone Citra, Simcoe and Centennial hops are the perfect notes for this in-between season.

[email protected] Deep amber colour, small white head. Aroma is earthy, dusty, some floral and some mild wooden notes as well. Flavour is citrus, some dusty notes, mild floral and grassy notes as well. Big grassy finish. Seeing the hoplist for this beer, it almost seems like the hops had been worn off this keg...

Earl of Essex. Keg. Clear deep amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is a little airy and is minerally crisp. Mildly creamy malts, unsweet toffee streak. Hops are thin marmalade with a crisp floral bitterness on top. Finishes light. Decent bitter linger. Very easy drinking.

Leighton (21258) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 3, 2014
Draft at Proletariat - NYC. Solid Sierra Nevada offering. Doesn’t blow my socks off but I could drink this all day. Nice pine and ripe citrus character, some bread. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Well balanced finish, just enough resin to make your lips smack but not so much you wish the beer would calm down. Loved it.
