Lots and lots of pils malt in the nose with a bit of a grassy hop note. Clean, semisweet pils with nice bitterness and good kick of hops, not as intensely hoppy as something like Prima but the malt character is excellent. Really good, one of the best Pils I’ve had (and I’ve rated some damn good ones recently). phikus01 (112) - New York, USA - MAR 7, 2013
A very well balanced pilsener that I enjoy. Solid clean honey grain malt with noble hop harmony. It would be so crystal clear if it wasn’t for the foam dwyerpg (6498) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - AUG 11, 2013
A solid light crisp aroma. On the maltier side for sure but a pretty good crisp finish. Dry but not that dry. Very clear handlebar (18) - Chico, California, USA - AUG 29, 2013
Very light, crisp pilsner with a spicy finish. The hops really shine in this pilsner... ChainGangGuy (4941) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - AUG 12, 2012

Appearance: Served a perfectly clear, lemon-hued body housing steady streams of effervescence underneath a fine, snow white head.
Smell: Pils malt yielding accents of dough, gently toasted grains while the hops bring notes of spice, peppery herbs, and mild citrus.
Taste: Grainy pilsner maltiness, lightly doughy, grainy, with just enough sweetness. Spicy, herbal, minutely citrusy hops with sufficient bitterness to perfectly balance things out. Finishes smooth yet crisp.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. A notch above medium carbonation for a pleasing crispness.
Overall: Very refreshing, very enjoyable. I couldn’t care less about Phish if I tried, but this was a nice pils, SN.
Tap at Blind Tiger. Bright, crispy, kind of bagel aroma. Fresh and delicious. Biscuity, crunchy, fresh washed veggies. Easy drinking, perfect body. Great pils. notalush (5955) - Lakewood, Colorado, USA - SEP 30, 2011
GABF 2011 - so excited for this - a lovely, fresh, dry and crisp pils - dry, crackery malt base serves the crisp, floral and grassy hops well - minimal sweetness and clean, lean maltiness throughout - finish is slightly peppery - just a flat out world class pils - kept going back for more - this isn’t in the regular line-up because? Pours somewhat clear lemon color and bubbly. The aroma brings sweet, wheat crisp malt notes, light and pleasant for the style. Flavors of lightly crisp sweet crystal malts start, continue, and finish so smoothly on the. Palate. The subtle hop flavor helps round out the brew.
