[Draft at Super Ball IX} Clear golden color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of straw, light floral hops, grass, and toasted malt. Taste of straw, grains, some toasted pils malt, some grass, and a bitter noble hop finish. It’s unfortunate SN / Phish didn’t beg Ithaca to serve Stash IPA as the FOAM seemed to run out before the fest was even over. Added .3 to overall for the incredible weekend it was... and this is a respectable pils! Try it if you can find it. "We got FOAM!" Dickinsonbeer (5074) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - SEP 3, 2011
Tap at BT. Pours a light golden nearly clear with good carbonation and nice fluffy white head. Aroma is big fresh flowery hops, slight grassy, fresh cut hay, then nice clean biscuity bready pils malts, and cracker. Flavor is also high on the floral hops, slight grass, bigger than expected malt profile, clean malts- bready, a bit doughy, finish is not sweet but does not come through quite as crisp or snappy as many german pis, but instead finishes smooth and a bit malty/bready and resembles a hoppy helles overall. Still an awesome lager that I could drink a shit load of. Very nice. zdk (1917) - New York, New York, USA - SEP 6, 2011
Tap at Blind Tiger - man oh man. Hope this sees wider distribution, because it could definitely give Noble or Prima a run for it’s money. Nice crackery grains and sweet caramel malts. Nicely hopped, with floral aromatics and herbal spice that dries out in the finish. Perfect pils that leaves the tongue wanting more. adnielsen (10605) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - OCT 1, 2011
Gabf. Absolutely clear, golden appearance with a white head. Very nice, grassy noble hoppy, grainy pils aroma. Very crisp, grainy pils, straw, grassy hoppy flavor with a clean, crisp finish. Well done. DocJitsu (1972) - Pensacola, Florida, USA - AUG 23, 2013
Pours a crystal clear straw color with a white head. Green grape and green banana on the nose. Heavy, wet mouthfeel with a dull cutting hop heat/carbonation combo. Smooth, mild pilsner flavors.

Pour on tap, clear golden pour with white head, aroma brought notes of nice lemon peel, grass, and floral hops into a nice vanilla, bready note with a hint of earthy spice, slight dough. Taste was a nice hoppy mix of herbal, floral hops into a bit of spice, yeast, touch of grain, slight biscuit, finishing fairly bitter, slightly dry. Nice. On tap at Pour house, sample courtesy of Vicky, pours a clear golden color w/ huge white head and medium lacing. Aromas of light hops, malt, refreshing and very clean tasting. Small amount of bitterness, very good pils. bpr77 (264) - Kansas City, Missouri, USA - SEP 7, 2012
Ran into this on 9-1-12 Phish show in Denver. Total surprise, forgot this would be there ! Anyway, nice pilsner. Clear golden, hints of spicey hops in the aroma, mostly nice malty pils malt aroma. Taste was faint lemon on the tongue and the malty pils cracker flavor finishing on a hoppy faint peppery profile but very clean. Damn shame this isnt avail outside of phish shows enjoyable pils and an even more enjoyable concert ! skoisirius (1909) - Earth, Washington, USA - AUG 31, 2013
Tap at the brewery. Extra points right away for brewing something to commemorate Phish!! Really nice and full flavored, yet sessionable, and Earthy at that. Touched of grass and dried long grass all over the place with a nice Earthed down bitter hop kick at the end. You can feel good about this beer! ;) mixmasterob (1057) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - AUG 5, 2012
Surprised to see this up on the board at Taco Mac. Awesome find. Crystal clear pour with a frothy, no wait foamy, white head. Aroma was crisp malt, grainy, bread, noble hops. Flavors were very straight forward and to the point. Crisp and light all around. Light bitter finish. Incredibly drinkable. Enjoyed this one very much. Damn near perfect for an outdoor fest.
