COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Foam is a German-style Pilsner, light bodied and easy drinking, yet loaded with flavor. Brewed with a mix of European and American malts, balanced by a spicy, and herbal hop kick. Brewed specifically for Phish festivals, Foam is a crisp and refreshing traditional pale gold lager beer. In the words of Phish Im looking through, And it all would be, So crystal clear, If it wasnt for the foam. Great music, great beer, and good times.

On tap at FWIBF. Pours with a clear golden hued body and a small white head. Grassy and herbal aroma with a bit of bready and toasty malt, very clean fermentation. Flavors are relatively bitter, toasty, hoppy, dry and grassy. Very clean. Lively carbonation, dry and crisp, solid pils.

On draught at a Phish festival, 12/31/16.
Clear, beeswax yellow-golden with a, yes, foamy white head.
Spicy, fresh grass and herbs with sourdough-like malts behind them and a clean, easygoing bitterness. Pepper and light honey lingering.
More sourdough and lots of pepper, grass and fresh herbs, with good attenuation and ample carbonation. Quite nice, certainly miles ahead of most of the crap served at huge venues.

Draft @ SN. Brilliantly clear golden yellow with a thin pure white head. Aroma is bread dough with a spicy/herbal hop character. Clean malty flavor with a medium hop bitterness and very clean yeast profile. Light body with active carbonation and a dry finish. Great beer.

Pours pale gold onto a shaker. Bright white head with good retention recedes to coat surface. Mild caramel aromas. Crusp with sweet caramel upfront turning to mild yeast before the lasting pine finish.

On tap at the West End. Not too happy about the description, but I dont like jam bands. Clear yellow pour with a fizzy white head. As solid as expected. Crushed the shit outta this pint.

Finale totalement noble. Facile, bonne mais pas spectaculaire.

Ha... my second Phish related beer of the day! (the other one was Tweezer Tripel at Magnolia in San Francisco) It pours yellow with a small white head. The aroma is floral with some light grains and maybe some lemon. The flavor is pretty malty yet dry with solid floral bitterness. LIghtly spicy hop finish. A good American style pils!
