On tap @ Daily Pint. Golden pour with a white head. Initial smell is kind of bland, but from there things get pretty bread forward. Toasted malt, floral hops, yeast, and some citrus peel. The flavor has a nice sweetness to it. Plenty of bread and toast. Some citrus, floral hops, and a touch of yeast. BrewBoxer (2632) - New York, New York, USA - AUG 23, 2013

On tap at Fox Bros. A pils with a little more character and flavor, mostly from a more agressive hop profile. Nice light and toasty grain flavors working to balance things out a bit. Peppery spice on the finish. beerguy101 (5360) - Newark, California, USA - SEP 17, 2014
Sampled at the mothership on 9/16/2014. This Pilsner pours a medium orange gold color from the tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head, with decent retention and nice lacing. The aroma is cereal and sweet, with a touch of grain and grass. A medium to light bodied pilsner. The malts are cereal and sweet. The hops are earthy and slightly spicy. Nice balance. Good carbonation. A very nice and easy drinkable pilsner. Great summer beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Aroma: The aroma is clean pilsener malts, bread, and a little spice
Appearance: It pours a golden color with a decent amount of white head on top
Flavor: Tastes along the same lines, clean and malty, cereal, caramel, spice, and light bitterness
Palate: The body leans light, with a smooth, clean feel, and a crisp, lightly dry finish
This is a pretty solid example of the style in my opinion. It is easy drinking and light bodied without being overly watery. Not an amazing beer, but something I’d happily drink in many situations.
Draft at Phish Festival 8l in Indio California. Clear light golden color with white head. Aroma is spicy, with a lot of hop character in nose. Flavor is also hoppy for pilsner and also spicy with medium depth of malt balance. Great beer, great idea. Perfect beer for the heat of the day which was about 85 degrees fahrenheit. Finish has light bite with lingering light bitterness. Nice pilsner, but prefer mama’s little yellow pils, which was also available at the event and i drank them right next to each other. The only place I’ve ever enjoyed this beer was at the Indio Polo Club for Festival 8. Pale Ale is one of my favorites anyway so when I heard Sierra was brewing Foam specially for the festival, it was on. It was pretty hot out there and needless to say, this stuff was delicious. It kinda reminded me of a lighter Pale Ale but there was so many other "Substances" in my system I don’t think I’m in a position to give any type of helpful reveiw. Magic, thats what it tasted like, magic. GT (10000) - San Diego, California, USA - JUN 5, 2012
Tap at CK. Good thing because I would never go to a Phish concert. Clear golden to straw pour. Weak head formation. Creamed corn DMS and diacetyl in the nose. Taste is suddy, soapy, and richer corn flakes and small oatmeal. Creamed corn DMS throughout. Typical raw, grain heavy, American prohibition style lager. Grits, corn, oatmeal. With decanting, diacetyl cleans up a bit. Less slick on the palate. Tangy and lemon heavy. Rich and refreshing. Like the Hip Helles, not sure if these off flavors are intentional or unintentional. DMS is a pretty common off flavor for cool fermentation. I liked it regardless. blipp (9172) - La Mesa, California, USA - JUN 30, 2012
Draft at the Bader Field shows. Gold with a white head. Restrained flowery hops with a light grainy sweetness. Well balanced and very drinkable.
