Alc. 7.0%. Clear medium orange amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. 
UPDATED: NOV 18, 2007 From 24 fl oz bottle, blind tasting at Papsoes - beer no 4. Pours golden orange to light brown with diminished head. Lovely fruity aroma and with a base of caramel malt. Flavour is decent bitter on top of a sweet malt base. Ends in a nice caramel and hoppy blend with mild bitterness. 24 fl oz. bottle, thanks to sunevdj. Pours clear orange with a diminishing light orange head. Fresh hoppy floral aroma and with a mild caramel malt base. Flavour is very fresh floral to fruity. Has a mild yet clear caramel malt base that stays dry due to the quite dominant hops. End has a very dry bitter and lovely floral hops flavour. Fresh.8-4-8-4-16=4
Draft. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet and very hoppy giving it notes of grass and grapefruit. The flavor is also sweet and very hoppy - giving it notes of grass and grapefruit, but also with note of caramel. Bottle. Pours a clear amber color with a longlasting off-white head. Has a fresh hoppy resin aroma with lots of grapefruit. Sweetish malty fresh hoppy grassy flavor with hints of grapefruit. Dry malty hoppy finish with some grassy hints and a bitter aftertaste.

Bottled (as Sierra Nevada 12th Release Harvest Wet Hop Ale)@SBWF2009. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel, wood, fruits and some slight notes of grass. Clear nut bown. Somewhat restrained grapefruity hop aroma. Clean straight forward malt profile. Lingering salty bitter finish.
