[Growler] Pours a clear deep gold with orange hues and an average size long-lasting frothy white head. Lots of lacing. Aroma is fruity and hoppy, resiny and earthy. Flavour follows. Moderate bitter finish. Could be hoppier but still nice. Average to medium bodied. Enjoyable and well done. crossovert (14152) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - SEP 7, 2015

Hazy golden orange. Big fruity and pine aroma, slightly melon. Sweet and fruity hop flavour, very easy driving and delicious. Ibrew2or3 (8913) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - AUG 22, 2015
32oz crolwer pours up with a clear pure gold body that supports a tall near white head of foam. The aroma offers up inviting notes of pineapple, mango, some citrus and then spicy onion toward the end of the draw. The taste is both juicy and bitter with hops and this makes me happy. I get juicy pineapple and tangerine and a bit of lime blended with more bitter notes that seem largely grapefruit and lime like. Well behind those notes and toward the finish a bit of spicy dank onion like hoppiness helps provide a broader hop experience. This is one tasty brew. gschrade (1107) - Collinsville, Illinois, USA - AUG 17, 2015
I had this at Global Brew. Pours gold with a white head. Taste pine, citrus, lightly sweet. I thought this was good. I would drink this again.

Aromas of bright piney and citrusy hops, almost tropical. Slightly hazy orange with a fairly lasting white head. Fruity flavors, a lot of apple, nicely balanced, ABV is pretty well hidden. Medium bodied, lots of lingering bitter hop flavor. Dogbrick (14344) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JUL 31, 2015
Sample at the Mills River brewery. Clear bright copper color with a medium white head that diminishes quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Piney hops, citrus and malt in the nose. Medium body with favors of resiny hops, grapefruit and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a lingering piney hops aftertaste. Above average overall. Draft at Moriartys. Hazy gold pour. Off white froth on top that left a fair amount of lace and a lasting foamy ring. A brashier version of the Torpedo. Less refined. Harsher but brighter. Bitter orange pith. More adventurous. On the fence though about whether I like it better.
