Rigtig meget citrus og grape ,korn og halm, flot skum og blød gul, meget tung bitter men dejlig. Countbeer (6592) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - OCT 7, 2010
White foamy head.
Pours a clear very dark orange to light brown beer.
Smell a lot of hops and some bitterness and flower, as well as hints of fruit (citrus, grapefruit, pineapple).
Taste a well balanced hoppy/bitter ipa: again lot of hops, fruit, hint of spices and malts.
Nicely bitter and bit dry in the end, well balanced. adam42381 (386) - Fort Myers, Florida, USA - JUL 25, 2010
12 oz. bottle
Poured with a half-inch head with very nice lacing all the way down the mug. Appearance was a very nice caramel color. Looked very good
Smell has faint hint of citrus to me, very good overall.
Taste is what you would expect from a top-notch IPA, very bitter. I’m not the biggest fan of IPAs but this one is good if you like it bitter.
Mouthfeel is just above average, not very heavy.
Drinkability depends on your tastes, but if you like IPAs, I believe you should be able to down a few of these with no problem.
Overall a very srong outing once again from Sierra Nevada. Sledutah (7526) - Utah, USA - JUN 6, 2010

Appearance: Slightly hazy amber with a small white head
Aroma: Grapefruit and piney
Taste: Grapefruit, malts and bittering in the finish
A decent ipa.
Pretty decent, good hop taste but not overpoweringly dominant as can be the case with an IPA, this is well balanced. Citrusey notes as well add it an interesting flavour, easy-drinking, good beer.
jnageljr (10) - California, USA - MAY 25, 2010
tastes of grapefruit with the bitterness of hops. When pairing with food the food needs a strong flavor otherwise the beer will overpower it. arrogantb (1402) - Denver, Colorado, USA - FEB 14, 2010
I saw this at the store and figured "why not". The beer is orange and almost identical in appearance to Celebration Ale. The taste was decent but very English style. I think the American IPA’s have ruined my palate because I could not find anything special here.

lct-gl, thin-head, med co2, med-full body, smooth.
aroma: sweet earthy-hop pine-hop.
flavor: fruity co2 pine-hop T1, earthy-fruity-hop T2, fairly-dry hop-bitter T3.
shallow/bright flavor, lacks malty backbone to support the hops.
dryness saves it from over-hoppiness, fairly drinkable but no session beer.
On tap at Barley’s Smokehouse. Pours clear copper with a medium beige head. Citrus and piney hop nose with some malt. Crisp and piney hop flavor, then some malt, then the citrus kicks in. Lasting bitter finish. Good stuff. Would like to try it side by side with Torpedo.
