12 oz. bottle. Colour... cloudy, golden-orange. Nose... quintessential butyl esters yeast, and wheat. Palate... burst of tingly carbonation, plenty of the expected banana, clove, citrus, yeast and wheat. A dead ringer for a hefeweizen from Bayern! BückDich (5477) - McCall, Idaho, USA - OCT 7, 2009

Pours a chalky yellow into the glass with a booming white head. Aroma is unbelievably fresh hefewezen yeast. Lots of spice and banana. Excellent! Flavor is excellent wheat with a citrusy orange note. Some cereal taste. The body is exquisite. High carbonation gives this beer a spritzy body. This will be a staple in my refrigerator from now on! thefederalist (311) - Jonesboro, Arkansas, USA - OCT 5, 2009
Pours a hazy straw color. Aroma is funky with lots of pungent yeast in the nose. Flavor is, well, spicy and flawless. Lots of banana and clove funk. Hefty body for a hefeweizen. Finishes dry with plenty of the aroma lingering on the pallet. I am wowed, even for SN. BuckeyeBoy (8476) - Boise, Idaho, USA - OCT 4, 2009

Bottle: Pours a dense, hazy gold with a sizeable white head. Nose is loaded with clove, bread dough, lemon and has a faint hint of banana. Nice carbonation/body. Taste has a bit more of a toasted malt accent to compliment the other attributes. Very smooth, well balanced with the lemon and clove notes coming through perfectly. gkost (1069) - Alaska, USA - OCT 3, 2009
POurs a hazy yellow. Nose is spices, yeast, toasted malt, lemon, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon. Flavor is very yeasty, wheat, lemon zest, banana, some hops, sweet malt, toasted grain. Very well done, I just am not a fan of hefes.
