Gather your friends, pack the gear, and head out to wherever the day may take you. A midday go-to, Nooner is our take on the classic German-style pilsner—one of the original session beers. Nooner is easy drinking yet packed with the big flavor of spicy and floral whole-cone hops. Its brilliant golden color begs you to take a sip and sink your taste buds into an extremely welcoming beer, full of flavor and balanced by a crisp, dry finish.

An interesting take on your typical pilsner. Aroma and taste are reminiscent of bread yet the pilsner taste is broken accented by a hoppy bitterness as a part of the aftertaste. Very unique beverage. Cheers to Sierra Nevada for this one.

355 ml bottle from Beervana Pours golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma is malty and hoppy with bready, grainy malts giving some space to grassy and especially flowery hops. The floral scent is delightful, probably the highlight feature of the beer. Taste is mild but crisp, cereally and bready. Mellow bitterness to compliment the neutral flavors. A very nice Pils, a bit too expensive in Chile to drink regularly.

August 18, 2016 - at Bar Hop (BrewCo) - on draught. Clear solid gold pour with a pillowy off-white head. Aroma of heavy clover - a bit sweet. Taste follows, clean and sweet, emerging grassiness. Chewy, light body, solid carbonation, slight building bitterness in the finish - good (somewhat sweet and simple) patio beer if, like me, you were sitting on a nice rooftop patio.

On tap at Brewski. Pours clear golden with white head and malty aroma with a bit of citrus-floral & grassy hop. Creamy malt taste with a bit of citrus zest in the dry finish. Quite a nice Pils

April 2017. Can. Good clean brew this. Steady fizzing gold with a slim lacy head. Shrub, lemon and honey aroma. Biscuit backed and bread-like with smears of curd, shrub sap, crackers. Anticipating an off note that doesn't come. Clean cereal-accented lager with the merest sniff of citrus, and some bitterness to close, although probably half the IBUs of Perlenbacher. Decent

Pint at DH on December 2- served a transparent firm golden yellow, aroma of hard water and wheat. Hits the mouth with a light body, malt is restrained, Saaz hops come screaming in the middle, finish is crisp. Nice.
