3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Poured into shaker a deep gold with lumpy white head and good lace. Slightly hazy. Aroma is malty but there is the light pine hops in the background. Light bodied and clean. Taste is malts, cereal, hay the pine of the hops growing in the finish with some bitter. I thought it had more flavors than some other session beers, lest lemon like and more malty.
Bottled (backlog). Slightly hazy orange colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is citrus, some toffee, mild nectar. Flavour is mild nectar, some citrus and mild floral bitterness to it. Easy going, and slightly on the watery side of things. Gachupines (1252) - USA - JUL 8, 2016
Clear golden color with a thick white head. Aroma is mild with slight yeast. Mild flavor, not a bad pilsner but missing a crispness which leaves it a little flat. Martinus (4601) - Baarle-Nassau, NETHERLANDS - NOV 6, 2015
Golden colour, white head. Malty aroma, hops, green twigs. Light bitter flavour, malts, swede. Finish twigs and malts.Ron (3962) - Rochester, New York, USA - SEP 21, 2015

Draft at Dinosaur with Patty, Kara and Andy. Clear golden pour with lively carbonation and bubbly white head. Aroma is very faint - toasted bread malt and a bit of grassy hop. Taste is hoppier than your average session IPA. Lightly bitter but one-note. Palate is light with soft carbonation. kidmartinek (4999) - austin, Texas, USA - SEP 10, 2015
Brilliant golden color. Very high clarity. Foamy white head. Bready, earthy aroma. Crisp pilsner malt taste. Medium body.

12oz bottle, multiple times this Summer. Poured a clear orange color with a small white head. Aroma was lots of hops, resin notes, light session-level malt notes, so it’s very hop forward without being too astringent. Flavor was light pils notes, not really pils, but that light crisp notes, with a touch of grass. bennetj17 (10) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - AUG 1, 2015
Medium gold, thick white head with excellent retention and clingy lace. Active, bubbly carbonation. Signature whole cone Sierra Nevada hoppiness, with a pine-like freshness and touches of citrus. A hint of bready malt in the background.
The flavor has a great balance of dry, crackery malt with floral, piney hop resin. It’s like a hoppy German Pils that’s gone over the edge. I love how the mouthfeel still has enough thickness to carry a session brew like this as well. Finishes clean yet amazingly bitter.
This is an excellent session IPA. For comparison, I had this right after a Stone Go-To IPA and this one is far and away better. This beer just has a great balance, and is well-crafted all around. It has enough appeal to keep you coming back for more, which is the most essential part of a session brew. Top Notch! BeerRenter76 (1015) - Texas, USA - JUL 22, 2015
Hazy, bright yellow body with a white head and decent lacing.Pine and grassy hops in the nose, but not very floral or pungent, with a hint of biscuit malt.Light bodied with a very dry mouth feel, prickly from the carbonation.Light malt and a drying bitterness start the palate with a wave of pine and grapefruit.Finishes with a lingering dryness and fading hops.Tasty beer but falls short of the hopping levels for even a "session IPA" tompete (333) - Tillsonburg, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 10, 2015
Pours golden with a off white head. Aroma is hoppy spicy. Flavour is spice hops and a dry grain. Refreshing dry finish. Andrus86 (650) - Busselton, WA, AUSTRALIA - JUN 25, 2015
BOTTLE. Hazy orange pour with small fluffy white head.. Citrus bitter hops on the nose.. Solid hoppy bitterness upfront, some biscuit malt in the middle going back to citric bitterness to end.
