COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Each fall, hops reach their peak flavor- bursting with aromatic oils that give ales layers of complex flavor and aroma that can only happen at harvest time. For us, fall comes twice a year- once in each hemisphere. This Harvest Ale features "wet" or un-dried whole-cone hops from Yakima, WA that are plucked from the bine and delivered to our brewery within 24 hours of picking.

Deep copper pour. Aroma is spicy, pine, citrus, and rose (label was spot on!). Nice solid malt base with peppery spicy hop presence in mouth. Some caramel and very earthy. Moderate mouthfeel with long bitter finish. Darn tasty.

Wunderbar!. Goldkupfern mit sehr stabilem Schaum im Glas. Hervorragende Hopfenbalance, die die 66 IBUs vergessen macht.

Similar to their extra torpedo with a hint of hop hunter. On first taste these reminds me of a typical Sierra Nevada IPA. Heavy, resin piney flavours with a hint of citrus and floral on the nose. The bitterness of the initial taste subsides very quickly.

An aroma of hops a hint of floral and citrus, clear Amber color with a short lasting white well laced head. A balanced taste of floral hops and fruit . A dry feel with a dry hop finish.

Pours bright amber with a slight tanned frothy head. Nose is sweet and slightly citrus with modest hops. Flavor is malty and rich with light resins, a little peat, and a modest portion of balancing hops. Bitterness is very low for the style but the overall flavor is still quite good.
