higgsbison (184) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - SEP 20, 2017
Nice roasted malt backbone. Notes of caramel and toffee just enough bitterness in the finish to balance it out. A Very easily drinkable beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Thought I'd had before - very tasty, easy to drink Oktoberfest beer. Yum

12oz bottle at home. Clear amber with a thin tan head. Malty, nutty nose. Flavors are smooth malt, bread, brown sugar, black pepper. Smooth texture. Medium malty finish. Nice. (notes, 2015)

Not as good as other octoberfest beers. Not as caralmely or sweet. They claim it's like a authentic German marzen, but I don't think it's as sweet. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

2016 vintage in 12 Fl Oz bottle. Hazy golden honey color with good head and plenty of carbonation. Grainy malt aroma. Mild bitterness - quite sweet with a clean smooth alcoholic finish. Not bad.

Hop soapy malt aroma. Clift orange Amber colour poor head and lacing. Malt orange hoppy flavour. Smooth palate.

tekstr1der (495) - New Hampshire, USA - DEC 27, 2015
Thin, light yellow color - looks unimpressive. Aroma has a dankness from a hop style of which I’m not a huge fan. Same comes through in the flavor, which while uninteresting, is fairly smooth. Pretty disappointing overall.
