Brewed using 65% wheat malt and 35% barley malt. This filtered wheat beer is light blonde in color, light bodied and has a wonderfully clean finish. This is a great choice for craft brew novices and beer aficionados alike.

Poured into a pint glass at Sierra Nevada Brewery. Colour is golden with a white head that hangs around throughout the duration if the beer. Beer is amazingly clear for a wheat. Flavour is crisp and clean, with some doughy notes. This would be a very nice beer on a hot summer day. Overall great wheat be flavour and great drinkability.

Served in a Sierra Nevada "Hops" glass at the brewery itself. Nice golden color with a thin white head that lingers. Aroma has floral hops and wheat. Mouthfeel is crisp with lively carbonation. Flavor matches the aroma well with some slight bread notes. Good beer but seemed more like a golden ale to me than a wheat beer.

8 ounce sample on tap at the brewpub. Aroma is faint with light yeasty dustiness present. Somewhat sweet with some biscuits and dough, too. Scantly metallic. Transparent golden-blonde body with a small off-white head and light lacing. Starts pretty grassy and quite bitter with more assertive hops than I was expecting. They kind of dominate the wheat malts. Has some decent cereal-biscuit in the middle before finishing with more fairly bitter grassy and herbal hops. Refreshing. Not all too different from a nice Pils.

Bottle from iowaherkeye. Thanks. Poured a clear golden color with a white head that dissipated to a thin lasting film. Nice hints of lemon zest, banana, flower blossom, and cereal grain in the nose. Light bodied and dry up front with delicate sweetness at the end. Subdued flowery hop, minerals, and club soda flavors. Almost pale ale-ish.

12oz bottle from a friend. Pours light golden straw in color, with minimal white head that fades quickly. Minimal lacing. Aroma was slight citrus with no detectable wheat smell. Lite mouthfeel with slight apple citrus flavors. Very crisp finish, and a very refreshing beer. Im not a wheat fan, but I like this beer.
