Draught. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Some fruity esters present. Hoppy moderate bitter flaor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Nice fresh and hoppy hefe. saxo (19278) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - AUG 28, 2010
Tap at Cockney pub. Nice head with good duration. Color is clear golden. Aroma and taste are sweet wheat malt, yeast, grass and hops. chrisv10 (18220) - DENMARK - AUG 27, 2010
Tap @ CockneyPub. Clear yellow with small white head. Flavour is malt, wheat and traces of banana. atomicpunk22 (15) - Elk Grove, California, USA - AUG 21, 2010
12oz bottle from a friend. Pours light golden straw in color, with minimal white head that fades quickly. Minimal lacing. Aroma was slight citrus with no detectable wheat smell. Lite mouthfeel with slight apple citrus flavors. Very crisp finish, and a very refreshing beer. I’m not a wheat fan, but I like this beer. Blake (396) - Orange, California, USA - AUG 10, 2010
Had on tap at the brewpub. Pours clear golden yellow with fine bubbles and slight head. A nice filtered wheat. Aroma has funky wheat smell with slight hint of citrus. A very drinkable wheat, this was a pleasant surprise. Flavors are not too strong, but wheat definitely stands out. Banana flavor is almost there, very weak with no spices. Perfect for a hot Chico day.

A Mes rate. Draught at the White Horse.after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - JUL 18, 2010
Very clean gold, looks nothing like a wheat beer. Nice and crisp and bitter, no wheat to detect at all. Slight vanilla and lemon. One dimensional but pleasant.
12-oz. Thanks, Sean! Pours crystal clear bright gold with a loose and thin platinum blond head that doesn’t stick around for long at all. Loose stringy white lace coming down the sides of the glass. Nitrogenous, sweaty nose...not buttery sweat, definitely more gym socks. Mostly just mild and bready but the sweat can’t be completely ignored. Creamy medium body, lively carb. Toasty, biscuit, wheat bread, and laundry on the mid-palate, with a very mild black pepper finish. Drinkable enough, even given the flaws, and more or less refreshing when cold. iowaherkeye (2703) - Ocean Beach, San Diego, California, USA - JUN 30, 2010
12oz bottle, no date from the brewery. Clear golden amber with small off-white head, fading to swirling film before long. Aroma of crisp wheat malt and light grassy hops, and a touch of toasted grain. Flavor adds a tinge of fruity yeast, but in more of a generic sense rather than banana. Finishes with bitterness around a 3. Light to moderate carbonation with a light body. Oberon and Gumballhead are still my American wheat beers by far. beerguy101 (5360) - Newark, California, USA - JUN 17, 2010
Sampled at the brewpub on 6/17/2010. This wheat ale pours a light gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is cereal and grain, slightly spicy with some floral hops. A light to medium bodied wheat beer. The malts are cereal and grainy, with a touch of fruitiness. There is a slight hint of the banana and clove here as well. The hops are spicy and floral. Crisp and clean. Nice carbonation. A touch of fruitiness, but mostly grain with a nice slightly dry finish. A nice summer beer. There is enough flavor here to keep it interesting. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
