3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Beer pours a yellowish wheat beer color, with a huge white head that sticks around for a while. The flavor is mostly carbonation and sweet floral notes. Besides that the only thing of mention about this beer is that the alcohol is hidden very well. Apparently this is an 8% beer. Could have fooled me. Finally, it’s a much more carbonated belgian than I am used to, which might be due tot he Sierra Nevada Collaboration. Sort of like a mild belgian with a heavy pale ale style carbonation.
750ml bottle pours out golden topped with a small head. Nose is fruit esters spice some white wine barrel notes and a nice yeast. Taste is more of the spice wine notes a solid malt. jsnicholas (615) - Woodinville, Washington, USA - MAY 24, 2016
Bottle (12.7oz $3.75): Nice golden color. Slightly cloudy. 2 finger white head. Belgian aroma and tast. Fairly light bodied. Quite good, but maybe a little too pricey when compared to ones I like better or the same. oldrtybastrd (5002) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - APR 13, 2016
Pours a hazy medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty, hoppy, yeasty. Flavor is moderately sweet, highly alcoholic, with a nice hop bite to it. stevoj (4966) - Boise, Idaho, USA - JAN 9, 2016
On tap at PreFunk. Silky golden body, lots of fruity rstets, some wine like flavors, minor alcohol heat. Pretty solid Belgian ale. crossovert (12667) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JAN 2, 2016
Draft. hazed golden pour. This one is a bit tart, hint of tart orange, some spices too, nice body, some breadiness, pretty decent.

Pours light amber-copper with a frothy white head. Nose is a gorgeous abbey tripel, with fruit, ester, a touch of hops and spice, and a little alcohol. Flavor is leaning earthy, especially on the finish, but is clearly a Belgian tripel and a strong one at that. Finish is very sticky and long and heavy. Excellent beer. hotstuff (5144) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - NOV 7, 2015
Rated on 10-03-2015 at 800 Degrees Three Fires, Fort Wayne, IN. The appearance is a small beige head that is mostly lasting, slightly hazy body, no visible carbonation, and one ring of lacing. The aroma is yeast, fruity and spicy. The flavor i s sweet, fruity, light spice, yeast, and honey. The mouthfeel is smooth and this beer is light bodied. An easy drinking beer considering the ABV is 8.5%. This is one of my favorite beer styles, but the flavor lacked taste and character which is disappointing. thedm (6148) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - OCT 3, 2015
This draft brew from a restaurant poured a head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a very softly carbonated transparent orange colored body and a good lacing. The mild aroma was wheat and dough. The mild citrus mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish. The tasty flavor contained notes of wheat hops and bread dough. An OK brew just nothing special. Kavu (4730) - Helsinki, FINLAND - SEP 13, 2015
