This is a very good product for an APA. It may be slightly overrated, but then again.. what more could you ask for.

Wow. This beer tasted great at 7 PM, 3AM and 11 AM. I had several during my stay in LAs Vegas, and even brought some home for the beer afficionados in Winnipeg. Highly recommended.

UPDATED: APR 11, 2007 Had to have this from the bottle as was on a walk at the time. Aroma is hoppy and slightly citrus. Taste is domminated by grapefruit, but in a particularly good, way. We dont get many pale ales over here, well american one’s anyway, but this was really nice, would like to try some more.

Light amber with white head and some lacing. Light malty and citrus aroma, with some yeast too. Clean citrus flavors with a crisp sharp bitterness. Some residual malty sweetness. Very refreshing. Had been years since I had this beer and was looking forward to drink it again now that I’ve started to rate them. I was a little disappointed, but this is still a good beer.

This microbrew isn’t too hard to find so when I can’t find anything else decent at my local bar I’ll get this. it’s a bit too dry for my liking but usually this will be the best thing they have in the bar. I can’t drink too many of them due to the strong aftertaste.

Pours light amber with a short off-white bubbly head. A faint grapefruit aroma. Very mild and smooth flavor. A decent summer beer. Mild hopping. Not bad.

nothing really stands out too much in this hoppy APA, but that is probably because it is so often immitated. obviously a great example of the style. and one of the better qualities o fthis beer in addition to the taste is that you can purchase it at almost any supermarket or even bars with so-so beer selection.

Pours gold with a small dissipating white head. Smells of flowery hops with some spiciness. Taste is bitter with some grapefruit elements.

White head on top of a goldish red body. Smell is rich, with a bit of spice, hops, grain, and fruit. Taste is smooth and dry, with definite hop presence and an underlying sweetness that doesnt take over. Very nice.
