Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a delightful example of the classic pale ale style. It has a deep amber color and a exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor are the results of the generous use of the best Cascade hops.<P> Bottle Conditioned.

Slightly hazy golden color, short white head. Aroma of cascade hops. Sweet and bitter taste, like an american pale should be i guess. Nice beer.

(Bottle)This is the beer that really started me down the road to hops. Pours out golden amber with a kick of sweetness and citus hops on the aroma. Sweet grapefruit flavor with bitterness emerging but definitely not overpowering at all. Nice bottle conditioned creamy carbonation mouth feel.

Ive had this pale ale more than any other, so i guess it has become a personal classic for me. Very refreshing with a crisp citrus bite, nicely hopped and a well done beer. Mouth feel is nice as it is unfiltered. I like this beer in the spring and summer.

A great american pale ale. COmplexities in the aroma and flavor give this beer a lot of character and always a good choice for something as universally distributed as this one seems. Nice biting edge mellows out into a rounder tasting brew.

Ive been drinking this forever, it (wrongly) gets passed up for other beers when I go to the store, but I finally have an opportunity to rate it here. Last poster said it right. Its simple. But if it aint broke, why fix it, right? Aroma is cleanly hoppy, bit of malt character there. Color is golden copper, very variable when backed to light. Pretty beer. Head is white and fairly persistant. Flavor is very crisp, mildly but sharply bitter, tangy hops ending with sweet pale malts and lingering dry bitterness. Better then most beers out there, and trumps most imitators. Good work.

Pleasant hoppy aroma. Not a complex beer, but very crisp and refreshing flavor. I drink this often when Im not looking for anything to blow me away.
