Pours a beautiful golden amber with a huge white head. Nose is citrus and hops. Very creamy on the palate, the taste is full of a fruity hops bouquet with a veiled malt backbone. Nice dry finish. This full bodied beer is best enjoyed with a deli sandwich, a dill pickle and chips.

Pours a wonderful reddish colour with an off white head. Aroma is mainly caramel now, the bottle is a year old though, however I love the smell. Lovely caramel malt flavours mixed with a rye spiceyness. I can only imagine how great this was fresh as its top notch a year a on.

Wonderful hop character with great rye spiciness that is offset nicely by the other malt. It would have been easy for the brewer to go on the heavy end and ruin it, but this is very nice.

*Very nice mix of citrus and floral hops on a floral and nice "darker" grainy body. Great citrus in comparison to the rye. Round and deep, easy to drink, great!
