bottle, rated in early 2017 - Deep gold pour. Hop led aroma with citrus and resin. The hoppy flavor has citrus, pine, and some caramel malt. Medium bodied. Not as bitter as some, but it's good. Cybercat (6508) - Georgia, USA - SEP 29, 2017
Pours clear amber with a nice eggshell head. Aroma offers piney and fresh malt notes plus a little citrus. Flavor nicely echoes the aroma, piney and citrus and just a little bitter. Mouthfeel offers fair body and good fizz. Hop to the Cascade! jgb9348 (6726) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - AUG 8, 2017
Crisp golden coloured body with a smallish, two centimetre tall, just off-white head. Aroma of pine, grass, perfume and a rather large dose of grapefruit, coupled with some lighter malt notes and a dose of caster sugar and a touch of caramel sweetness. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong grassy and herbal flavours throughout with some very light bitterness from the hops with a very mild malt backbone and only a touch of nuts and earth gracing the flavours, but there is some subtle sweetness, but more of a watery characteristic and only a small amount of hops. Aftertaste is relatively mild throughout with only a touch of the perfume, grass and light sugars with more water and nuts than any other flavour. Overall, a very disappointing beer throughout with the cascade hops noticeable, but very little of anything else, including malt making this less of an IPA and more of an APA if that. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle as the first back from a round-the-world trip, and was disappointed throughout, purchased from Shoppers Food Warehouse in Alexandria, Virginia on 21-June-2017 for US$1,25 sampled at home in Washington on 05-August-2017 after just flying back from Hong Kong via Zurich. 12oz bottle - pours a clear golden bronze with a med off white head. Weak aroma of pine and citrusy hops. Weak flavor with notes similar to a Pilsner with some hops and light malts. thornecb (6233) - Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA - MAR 15, 2017
Pours hazy gold into a shaker. Bright white soapy head with medium length finish recedes leaving scant sheets. Lemon joy and resin aromas. Sweet caramel and sourdough upfront turning to bitter earth in the lasting finish.

Bottle. Hazy yellow with a thin white head. Light pine, clover, white bread and lemon rind aromas. Has a mild sweetness with an oily citrus bitter finish. Medium heavy with a fizzy, soapy feel. Rex_Remes (298) - Bonyhad, HUNGARY - FEB 26, 2017
(12oz bottle) AROMA: hops, pine, resin/soap, APPEARANCE: clear, light golden Amber, decent head, frothy/filmy/creamy. TASTE: hop/pine resin, some warm malt with a touch of roastiness, tobacco, dried/smoked fruit/veggie, PALATE: medium bodied, round, good balance, good bitterness and followthru, OVERALL: a solid IPA. Good richness and hoppiness. I like being able to just experience Cascade hops. Maybe not as complex in flavor as some IPAs, but very enjoyable. DSG (15623) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - FEB 21, 2017

Bottle. This reminds me basically of SNPA, but without the malty backing and of course higher abv. Piney, some citrus, woody and very old school. Medium to lighter body. Not offensive, just no longer what I seek out for IPAs
