Soft pale blonde pour with a nice white head. Nose shows grassy hops with a light green citrusy note. Bready and grainy with a rustic malt quality. Crisp and dry. rdixon77 (3064) - Georgia, USA - NOV 23, 2017
Hoppy almost fruity lager. Biscuity soft body with a pretty good hop presence. Some citrus aspects. Easy drinking, different kind of lager. The_Osprey (9343) - Richmond, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 5, 2017
September 2017 - Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza. As 'Sierra Nevada Southern Gothic'. Pale golden yellow, hazy, foamy off-white head leaves dotted lacing. Aroma is lager grains, little muted and musty, slightest sweetcorn. Body is light and frothy with soft carbonation. Taste is thin grains, sugary with a bubblegum note. It is a lager, and not a very special one. (4-4-4-3-10=2.5) androman (2863) - Maarssen, NETHERLANDS - SEP 13, 2017
UT080917 backlog. On tap at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017, London. Nose is Hay. Malt, grain. Medium bittersweet. Medium lasting malty Medium bitter. Light body, dry, soft carb. 746413 bhensonb (15838) - Woodland, California, USA - SEP 2, 2017
Bottle from Bruisin Ales. Pours perry color with a slight white head. Aroma is pale malt with some light, perhaps hallertau, hop. Med body, almost. Flavor is light malt, mild hallertau spice, and something like pale stone fruit. This is very far off the predictable flavor path. It's really good stuff. Sort of a mildly fruity pilsner. Or something like that. Liking it.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is a clean creamy malt with some yeast and bittering hops. Flavor is some chewy lager malt with a decent hop bitterness. Not a typical pils but this was a nice rich, hoppy lager. j12601 (13188) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - AUG 29, 2017

Draft @ SN Mills River - pours pale lemon yellow, white head, great lacing on the glass. Notes of pine, citrus, grapefruit, lemon, mild bitterness, dry finish. Very flavorful for a typically bland style! johncoates (8) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - MAY 21, 2017 does not count
Just really nice for those that want a great brewed lager. Great American hops, but nicely spicy and great cereal notes. I hope this turns into a regular brew... and the best beer I have had in Asheville for the first 24 hours since arriving.
