RATINGS: 2016   WEIGHTED AVG: 3.02/5   SEASONAL: Summer   IBU: 28   EST. CALORIES: 150   ABV: 5%
Summerfest is a delightfully refreshing example of a traditional style lager beer. While lighter in body than our ales, Summerfest displays significant hop aroma and a tangy hop bite. The long lagering period adds a smoothness that makes this beer a great summertime treat.

12 fl oz bottle, 2006 vintage. Pours hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Slight grainy aroma. Flavour is grainy with an almost disappeared hops note. Ends with a little bitterness.

A yellow beer with no head. The aroma is sweet malty - and so is the flavor - a boring beer.

Bottled. Dark brown coloured with a medium off white head. Malty aroma with hoppy notes. Malty flavour with flowery notes and a nice hoppy finish.

Bottled. Mediumsized white head. Aroma is malty, grassy and hoppy. Flavour is quite malty with some grassy and flowery hops. OK, but not very exciting.

Clear golden color, white head. Aroma of hay and citrus. Medium body. More complex than most lagers, nice citrus notes, good bitter finish.

cgarvieuk (25984) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAY 1, 2007
Light golden colour, with a light hop nose, fizzy light summer ale, with a light bitter linger.

omhper (25723) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - SEP 25, 2004
Bottled. Clear golden. Rounded clean maltiness is this beer foremost feature. It’s medium bodied with average bitterness. Fairly well made easy drinking stuff.

Warning! Early amateur rating! Supersmooth and light lager. Very easy drinking, clean tasting good lager.
