Bottled 350ml. -from Bier Imperium, Vienna. Dark golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, pleasant spicy hoppy nose. Moderate malty, light caramel and very hoppy with notes of fruits and spices. Grapefruity bitter finish. IPA by the book. madquacker (1143) - Canberra ACT, AUSTRALIA - DEC 27, 2011
A big beer. Alot of complexity and balance disguises the high ABV. Lingering grippiness stays in the palate forever. Chewy and deep. Orange colour and into the depths again... great beer... well done! cajunduby (5) - Holloman AFB, New Mexico, USA - DEC 23, 2011 does not count
I’m not a huge IPA fan. So, this rating might sound ignorant. Too complex for my liking, plus, after taste kicks you in the colon. Most disappointing Sierra Neveda beer yet. stefannilssons (1580) - SWEDEN - DEC 23, 2011
Det här är en kraftfull öl med mycket beska och fruktig smak. Beskan i sig är väldigt aggressiv och torr och ölen blir nästan lite för bitter, men bara nästan.
Slutsats: kraftfull och god. AverageMan (40) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - DEC 22, 2011
This beer has been a staple in my fridge for some time. The only thing I have replaced it with is White Rajah. If White Rajah makes it to Cincinnati more often well I will be drinking it.
The beer is served chilled and in a pint glass.
Ar- The aroma of citrus, citrus zest, resinous pine and sweet almost caramel malt rises out of my glass.
Ap- The body of the beer is orange. The head is a creamy orange tinged biege. Nice head retention and lacing noted.
T- The pine and citrus flavors via for dominance. A flash of malty sweetness comes out from under these contenders and is quickly smacked down. Bitterness quickly swallows the sweetness pulling it down in grassy tones.
P- Medium bodied carbonation breaks this up into smoothness. Nice oily hop finish.
O- This beer has been a staple in my beer fridge for a quick hop fix. Most likely this will continue.

Bottle: Thanks to VsXsV:
Medium off white head, that disappears really slow, on top of a light hazy darker orange colored beer.
Smell is light hoppy, some citrus, pine and a hint of (sticky) sweet malts.
Taste is nice bitter with good hoppy and fruit (citrus, pine, grape) tints. Some hints of malts, light sweet but overall a good bitterness.
Nice good bitter hoppy aftertaste.
Low to medium carbo, soft mouthfeel, medium to full body and a light creamy texture.
Not a big ipa with a taste explosion, still balanced bitter and tasty! JoeTheYounger (1183) - Lake Arrowhead, California, USA - DEC 20, 2011
Hazy golden pour with thick head. Aroma is piney and grassy. Taste is in your face bitter hops and malty finish. Tasty! gkangas (4) - Washington, USA - DEC 20, 2011 does not count
Solid everyday IPA. Pretty looking beer that’s well balanced on the palate.

Pours red-gold as advertised. Extremely hoppy aroma with a thin but lingering head. Taste is floral and grapefruit hops, possibly pine, creamy, full-ish body. I didn’t realize this was so 7.2% until after I had looked. The alcohol is disguised very well. Delicious beer. Gustav1996 (333) - Birmingham, Alabama, USA - DEC 17, 2011
A soild brew. Poured a deep gold. Aroma: bready, citrus, pine, fruit. Taste was much the same: strong hops with a soild malt backbone. Nice bitter finish. Would buy again anyday.
