COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Torpedo is an assertive American IPA deep reddish-gold in color, with a smooth and bready malt presence and over-the-top hop aromas. The beer has a solid bitterness and a massive hop flavor, yet remains easy drinking with a pleasant dry finish.

710 ml bottle from beerbistro. Pours a cloudy copper/orange with moderate-sized off-white head. Aroma is quite piney with some citrus and caramel, as well as a touch of wood. Taste is huge piney hops, citric hops (relatively) light caramel and wood. Fairly big bitter finish. Nice.

Pas trs excitant en arme, entre la pale ale et la IPA. Lamertume nous mord ds le dpart avec un corps malt interressant mais plutt unidimensionnel. Au fil darrive le pamplemousse prend toute la place.

A hazed dark amber IPA with a thick mocha head. In aroma, smooth apple pulp over floral hops, resinous and grassy, very nice. In mouth, a smooth biscuitty malt with smooth floral hops, piney and resinous, very well balanced. Given the bottle is more than a year old, this held solidly!

Torpedo has a delightful grapefruit juice taste. It is a bit overpowering and hardly nuanced, but if you are in to that sort of thing, you will love it.

Love this beer, great go to, pack a case for the weekend beer. Bold taste, nice citrus hop base. Instant floral pop once opened. One of my favorite keep in the fridge IPAs.

This brew poured up a rich dark copper-colored body with a thick off-white foamy head with good retention and lacing effects on the glass. Aromas of floral hops, grapefruit, and spicy peppers. Flavors of the same packed with a bitter punch right in the kisser! Medium-bodied, very dry, hoppy, spicy, hoppy with a bone-dry, bitter finish. Oh, did I mention it was hoppy?!

12 oz chubby bottle.
A: citrus/tangerine hops, hints of bready malts
T: citrus/pine hops, sweet bread malts
A nice beer, however it is fairly one dimensional.

Pour is a deep copper mild lacing. Smell is floral dry grass even bitter in the aroma. Taste is bitter green peppers dried citurs and grassy. For the price this beer is the shit.

Bottle at Dean Swift thanks to Nate Dawg. It pours deep ruby-amber, with a decent off-white head. The nose is wood, varnish, caramel and some citrus. The taste is wood, leather, decent bitterness, citrus bite (grapefruit and pithy orange), resin and varnish, with a long bitter-citrus finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Nice.
