COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Torpedo is an assertive American IPA deep reddish-gold in color, with a smooth and bready malt presence and over-the-top hop aromas. The beer has a solid bitterness and a massive hop flavor, yet remains easy drinking with a pleasant dry finish.

Appearance: clear coppery red, with grapefruit highlights; medium head. Aroma: lots of pine and citrus; very hoppy over a hint of brown bread. Taste: almost all hops: pine, citrus, floral spice and bitterness. Finish: suprisingly mild with the hops quickly fading. Notes: Not bad for an IPA. Could drink in a pinch.

Its slightly hazy bronze with a huge, creamy and lasting head. The aroma has loads of fruits, citrus, a little flower and malt. The moderately sweet flavour has notes of fruit, citrus, malt, caramel, and the finish is dry, bitter and citrussy.

Bottle 350 ml from www.erzbierschof.ch. Reddish orange with cream head, drawing the glass. Hoppy aromas, malt soft, citrus, pine, fruity notes of melon. The taste is peach, lemon, grapefruit, a bit marmalada of bitter oranges, floral hints. Sweet and bitter, power of bitterness and sweetness of spicy malt. It remain on the lips, like a taste of lipstick after a kiss !

Pour is a light amber color with a light white head. Nose is hops as you would expect of the stle. Taste is the same, just a staple of the style. Overall a great ipa.

Bottle. Pours a hazy amber with some white head. Aroma is citrusy, hoppy, piney. Flavor is piney and citrusty. Not as bitter or hoppy as youd imagine. Had it at a family-style restaurant so probably an older bottle, forgot to check the date. Palate is medium, carbonated, dry, refreshing. An excellent beer.

Bottle. Very large white head....mmmmm oh yeah. Nose of hops and more hops. i detect pine and citrus with some floral notes in there too. Taste is bitter upfront with grassy notes and is quite dry. Some sweetness and more bitterness follows. Not as bitter as I expected it to be, but still pretty solid. Palate is dry with a piney aftertaste.

Poured from a 12oz bottle. Nice frothy head with a clear amber-orange body. Nice carbonation with an evident hop aroma. The hoppiness is not overwhelming but it does let you know it is there with the first taste. A quality IPA with a soft West Coast style bite.

Good stuff! Pours a crystal clear copper with thin white head. Aroma is full of piny hops. Leaves some great lacing behind. Taste is more hop than malt, but very smooth. Slight bite in the finish.
