12 oz bottle. Pours a nice amber color with an off-white head. Aroma is mostly hops. Not as hoppy as I imagined it would be. There is a good hops flavor but something just seems lacking. Not a bad beer by any means but not great either. HenrikSoegaard (14176) - Randers, DENMARK - OCT 31, 2010

Sample from my brother law Bob’s cooler. A nice golden pour with big aromas of hops and grass. Flavor of citrus, pine and grapefruit, all in a magnificent blend. Really good. Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - OCT 28, 2010
The beer pours a nice orange color with a cream-colored head. The aroma is very fruity. I get a lot of papaya and mango, but I also get some bready malt notes.
The flavor is also very fruity. In addition to the papaya, I get some orange citrus. The beer is very juicy tastings. There is a little bit of bready malt. Low bitterness. A nicely balanced IPA that has a ton of fruit flavor, but not too much bitterness of malty sweetness.
Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. MissouriBrent (122) - Missouri, USA - OCT 28, 2010
Good floral hop aroma. Pours orange red color with good head that dissipates fairly quickly. Tons of hop flavor. Lots of hop bitterness in the aftertaste. A little sweet on the pallet even with the massive amount of hops. This is a beer for hop lovers. Good stuff.

UPDATED: JUL 1, 2011 I find it a bit hard to meaningfully distinguish between US IPAs but this is a good as any I’ve had recently. Beautiful glowing orange in colour with a thin head. Nose shows plenty of fruit sweetness together with a harder hop note. Very clean. Plenty of punch in the palate but there’s a layer or herbal sweetness that never disappears. Drives the palate really well. Palate dries up on the finish as the resin hops become more noticable. JamieFerdinand (163) - Hove, East Sussex, ENGLAND - OCT 25, 2010
Bottle (22/10/10). Floral notes in the nose and some pine in there as well. Strongly hopped and very dry, lemony finish. Peppery/spicy palate. chrisv10 (17435) - DENMARK - OCT 25, 2010
35 cl bottle from Voldby. Very slightly hazy amber with big foamy off-white head. Flavour is malt, caramel, grass, citrus, bitter and hops. DarkSong (380) - Dacula, Georgia, USA - OCT 24, 2010
12 oz bottle. Pours amber with a large white long lasting head. It has a very nice pine and lemon floral hop aroma. It has a strong but not overpowering hop bitterness which is nice but not overly complex. It tastes strongly of pine and grapefruit with some resin and grass. This is a very good IPA.
