COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Torpedo is an assertive American IPA deep reddish-gold in color, with a smooth and bready malt presence and over-the-top hop aromas. The beer has a solid bitterness and a massive hop flavor, yet remains easy drinking with a pleasant dry finish.

This beer is really outstanding. Im not a fan of IPAs that use far too much hops and make it taste like youre chewing on hop leaves, but this is perfect. A nice, spicy hop aroma with a flowery hop and bready flavor. The nose is a little piny, and the flavor has hints of citrus and pungent flowers. A truly great beer, and it would be a great intro to IPAs for the uninitiated.

12 oz bottle @ Maltainen Riekko, Helsinki. Deep golden color, lasting off-white head. Sweet woody aroma with hints of fruit. Smooth hoppy flavor with a hint of spices. Medium body, medium-light carbonation.

12 oz. bottle; Not as assertive as the description might lead one to believe; nice color and appearance, but mild aroma; bittering hops apparent in the taste but held at bay by a strong malt presence; light bodied; decent IPA; nice finish

Very nice looking, cloudy light orange-ish color with big off-white head of tiny bubbles. Aroma of hops, and I got an almost rubbery, band-aid smell too. Very nice bitterness but not much to go with it. Palate of tiny dancing carbonation. I expected this to be better than it was.

not the best from a brewer that normally makes some pretty good beer, but this one was a dissapointment. no floral/citrus/pine flavor that most people associate with a west coast IPA.

Nice appearance. This is an excellent, balanced, everyday drinking IPA. Not a lot in the aroma, but a pleasant drink.

Nice aroma. Extremley hoppy. Smells of pine, fruit. Nice medium malt flavor. A bit smokey. A medium-heavy mouth feel. pretty good beer.

Pours a cloudy orange with an unimpressive head. Nose is luscious of hops, caramel, and cheap flavored soda pop! Flavor is of mega hops, peach, and a ton of grapefruit and citrus peels, followed by caramel at the swallow. Lots of hop bittering in the aftertaste. Little carbonation kills its thirst quenching ability. Everything else is right on target!

Pours orange with big white head. Nose is loads of citrus and pine hops, big caramel. Flavor is grapefruit, pine, citrus, caramel and toffee. Good amount of bitterness.
