COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Torpedo is an assertive American IPA deep reddish-gold in color, with a smooth and bready malt presence and over-the-top hop aromas. The beer has a solid bitterness and a massive hop flavor, yet remains easy drinking with a pleasant dry finish.

UPDATED: FEB 14, 2015 Poured a medium amber color with a smaller sized off white head. Aroma is citruses, grassy hop, pine. Body and carbon is medium, texture slick. Taste is bitter. Palate is overhelmed by notes of aromatic citruses, citruses peel and a little bit of caramel. Bitter aftertaste. [email protected]

Bright fresh grapefruity hops dominate aroma and flavor. Super fresh tasting. Hazy amber pour with a rich foamy white head. Smooth caramel malt backbone. Fantastic.

UPDATED: FEB 18, 2018 Slightly cloudy copper color, grassy and citrusy aroma, perfect balance of malts and hops, citrus nodes, no taste of the 7.2% of alcohol, strong dry bitter-hoppy end. Best IPA I've ever tried.

Bottle, 0.355l. Hazy copper pour, minimal off-white head. Lasting thin layer, good lacing. Hops, herbs and grass on the nose. Malty background. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation. Regular texture. Moderately bitter taste, expected a bit more punch out of 65 IBU. Nicely drinkable and refreshing. Aroma of hops, pine, grassy and herbal. Slight spicy, peppery notes. A bit dusty. Touch of caramel malts in the background. Dry mouthfeel, medium finish, bitter. Overall, good one. Tasty and refreshing, quality brew.

On tap. Pours a reddish color with a good head and ample lacing. Aroma of pine and fruit with bit of grass. Taste of citrus, bit of pine, light malt sweetness and grain. Moderate bitterness and a fairly dry finish. Medium body, smooth and creamy, with a nicely crafted hops presence. Easy drinker.

Lovely orange colour with a delicate white head. Bursting with hoppy flavour, biscuit and bread malt, but bitter and dry. Delicious.

UPDATED: JAN 30, 2018 Mousse crémeuse , robe orange foncé. Pas tant d'amertume que ça, un peu décevant.
