500ml bottle, as Kloster Spezial Export: BBD 2nd Oct 17. Drank at home on 14th June 17 after a bit of gardening. Clear and bright golden body, fast fading white crown. Not much aroma, light hop esters at best, mild grains alongside. Taste is refreshing and leaning towards the sweet end of the style, mini-hop bitterness in the finish. Just what I needed after the labour I had exerted on the garden.

Bottle, 5.1% as Kloster Spezial Export. Aroma of ashes. Clear golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is lagery, slightly grainy, but not too sour. Has a watery finish. Bready and a bit astringent aftertaste.

Bottle from MichaelAwesome - thanks! Pours clear pale golden with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of yeats and malt, with some hoppy notes. Sweetish, malt and estery flavour with bitter notes of hops and paper. Rather watery despite the medium to high carbonation. Drinkable but not anything special. Reasonable for the style, though.

Bottle as Kloster Spezial Export. Clear golden with small white head. Light malty and herbal. Light dried fruits. Light sweet with soft bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. Everything is quite light and delicate here, so it’s not very exciting but it’s pleasant to drink and there’s nothing off at all. Decent beer.

bartlebier (4010) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - MAR 30, 2015
50cl bottle, Edeka Tübingen. "Klosterbrauerei Metzingen" = Dinkelacker Stuttgart? Rich hay and pale bread crust in aroma, fragrant dried grasses. Honey, hay, sour mash and slight sulphur in an overall pretty satisfying export experience with a harsher grassy finish - at least more satisfying than any metallic Dinkelacker beer I’ve had.

Couleur dorée, forte mousse blanche. Nez leger malté houblonné herbe. Gout bien houblonné d’herbe, petite amertume.

Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - MAY 25, 2014
It’s warm golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of malt, light bread and flowers. The flavor has a light sweetness and slightly dusty notes of bread, malt, light fruit and flowers, and the finish is slightly dry with a super light bitterness.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit durchschnittlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, getreidig, leicht herb. Geschmack malzig würzig, getreidig, minimale Bitterkeit.
