Hazy brown, beige head, fruity aroma, cardboard, honey, bread, fruity flavor, bread, cardboard, honey, not fun, medium bodied. SaintMatty (7603) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - AUG 30, 2016
330ml Bottle - Dark brown with red tinges. Syrup, berries, raisins and pine in the aroma. Brown sugar, tea, pine, toffee and dried fruit in the taste. It does not really know what it wants to be and struggles as a result I think. A bit of syrupy and sweet concoction with no direction. ansalon (4219) - Stockholm, SWEDEN, SWEDEN - MAR 23, 2016
Pours dark amber with a low white head. Aromas of rye bread, honey, raisins, caramel. Taste is quite sweet and somewhat boozy. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. rlgk (18843) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - MAR 4, 2016

Clear dark brown to black color, small tan head, some lacing. Sweet, fruity, alcohol scent. Fruit peel, pth, grainy taste. Alcohol, slight toffee aftertaste. Medium though a bit thin mouthfeel, high harsh husky pith like bitterness. Warming alcohol.
Didn’t enjoy it much for a samle, kept drinking the bottle though while discussing random things with friends, ended up realizing it worked a lot better for casual drinking than for sampling. As (almost) always, score reflects first impressions.

Bottleshare at Chez Smith. Thanks to Colin. Hazy deep amber beer, good yellowish tan head. Palate ia airy, semi dry and has reasonable fine carbonation. Malts are fluffy and bring decent toffee and cream. Mild spice. Marmaladey citrus underneath. Fluffy creamy finish. Rich. Decent.
Bottle. 8.5%. Best before 05.02.16. Pours a dark chestnut brown with a tan head. Good lacing. Citrus and pine hop aroma with malt in the background. Light cereal note as it warms, along with a dusty overtone. Hints of chocolate. Citrus and pine hop flavour with malt in the background as well. A bit fat. Sweet note as it warms. Dry, bitter hop finish with an alcohol burn. Hints of chocolate and vanilla. Overall good. Well-balanced with a nice hop and malt profile. 25.12.15. Bottle share at Leighton’s as ’Sigtuna 10 Years Anniversary Strong Ale’, 8.5%, BB Feb 2016. Thanks to Colin. Brown with a red hue, small foamy brown head. Aroma is piney, touch of smoke, flowery, rose. Body is medium, slightly foamy, tingly carbonation. Taste is toffee malts, chalky, floral, some booze but not too alcoholic. Pretty tasty. Bottled. An amber beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and citrusy hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and citrusy hops, leading to a bitter finish. Desverger (13704) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - DEC 21, 2015
- Dark Amber brown pour with off white head. Sweet malty aroma and taste, with some treacle and caramel sweetness, hoppy subdued backing, ok overall.
