Bottle: Dark red/brown colour, big creamy brown head! Aroma dominates of vanilla, caramelly, brown sugar and nice fruity hops. Flavor had a werry nice smouth fruity,caramelly, vanilla, coffee, dark choclate mixed mouth feeling medium body, long coffee, fruity finish! This was a werry nice surprice!!

Bottle from Systembolaget. The colour is dark brown, almoust black. 3 finger high beige/brown foam. Fruity smell, coffee, dark chocolate, dried fruit and pine. Taste: hops, dark bread, herbs, chocolate and espresso. A great body and a round and delicious taste. Great!

Om det var fr att mnskligheten skulle f mjligheten att krnga pskl i stil med Sigtuna Dark Easter Ale som Jesus offrade sig p korset, i s fall: hatten av fr dig, hedersknyffel! Det gjorde du riktigt jvla bra. Om ngon kristen lser det hr och tycker att det r ett slag i ansiktet, vnd andra kinden till och lek martyr, det r ju er absoluta paradgren. Min r att frvandla finl som den hr till urin (en sekulr variant av vatten till vin).

330ml bottle. Pours a dark coffee colour, with a brown head. Rich, roasted, hoppy aroma, chocolate, coffee, light smoke, resin, caramel, tobacco, spruce, ashes, a little murky/earthy/barnyardy note. Off-dry, full bodied, high bitterness, creamy CO2. Hoppy, roasted taste, hops, spruce, caramel, ashes, tobacco, coffee beans, herbs, hints of smoke and earth. Quite complex, well balanced, stylewise quite close to a Black IPA, if you ask me. But why would you do just that? (2013-03-31)
