Bottle best before 2007 sampled 2016 at Dan thanks. Big but short off white head. Very cloudy yellow color. Big brettnomyces aroma and lactobacillus. Sour taste. To old and too infected. BeerSkull (1373) - SWEDEN - APR 6, 2012
Clearly malty aroma and flavor. Feels a little poor in the flavor, hops hardly noticeable and the body is quite thin and watery. No, this I do not like! fonefan (48761) - VestJylland, DENMARK - APR 5, 2010
Bottle 500ml.gyllenbock (9100) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - MAR 3, 2010
Clear medium amber orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, light hoppy, orange. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Slightly hazy, pale yellow color with a large white foam.
Quite malty aroma with hints of bread, cirus, yeast and some sweetness. Ok but not a wonderful aroma.
The taste was unfortunately a little on the thin side, aftertaste felt short. Easy to drink with flavors of yeast, fruit and some honey. A decent bitterness and lot of carbonation. yespr (44810) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - NOV 5, 2009
50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a huge white and slowly collapsing head. Citrusy and crisp hoppy aroma. Light yeasty spiced too. Mild fruity and yeasty. Lingering fruity yeasty flavoured finish.

UPDATED: AUG 2, 2008 Bottle at 3 Små Rum, Gothenburg.A clear, golden beer with a white head. Grainy and fruity aroma. Slightly sourish flavor with grains and a little hoppy fruityness. Medium to thin body, and a fruity finish. Really dark for a kölsch, and failing to pin the style. Quaffable in a way, but boring. Sort of pleasant hoppyness though, especially for a kölsch. Bottle. Hazy yellow with white head. Rather thin but some bread and hops. Fresh, nice finish. OleR (4804) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUL 21, 2008

Små Rum, Göteborg. Low offwhite head. Hazy, pale orange color. Weak aroma of sweetish malts with a distant note of grassy and floral hops. Medium sweet malty and light fruity flavor. Low hopbitterness. Light body. Rather watered down mouthfeel. Short, semidry finish.
Bottle (50 cl) at café Tre små rum, Göteborg, Sweden. Hazy deep golden to amber, medium white head. Subtle bready and hoppy aroma, dry finish. Very quaffable. Ungstrup (37317) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - OCT 30, 2007
Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a fast disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with a citrusy and hints of wheat. The flavor is sweet malty and wheaty, and the body is thin. Not very Kölsch like.
