Bottle, 50cl. Pours black with a large brown head. Intense aroma of coffee and roasted malts, nice! Taste is coffee, dark chocolate and roasted malts. Some sourness from the dark malts. Light/medium body, coffee in the aftertaste.

50cl bottle, courtesy of and shared with Gnoff.

Bottle from Systembolaget. It poured a hazy dark brown liquid with a small creamy light brown head. It had a strong smell of milk chocolate, but also some coffee, dark bread and nuts. Similar taste but here the roasted dark bread is dominant. Roasted bitterness. Nice porter, I particularly liked the smell.

Cloudy dark brown with a pale brown head that lace. Lots of strong coffee on the nose with dry roasted notes of licorice, some tar, and well baked crisp bread. Taste is heavy roasted and quite dry with a slight burnt and quite wholesome coffeetaste plus some dry red berries and a high piney bitterness that is just about balanced by some sweetness. A slight alcohol sting in the throat, but that might also be all the burnt bitterness fault. Medium body with a bit mushy carbonation and a bit sharp dry pointy mouthfeel. Quite nice. Just enough seetness to save it from being just too harsh and burnt bitter.
