(Bottle) Pours amber with a lot of yeast floaters. Pale, off-white head. The aroma holds yeast, caramel and bread up front with hoppy undertones of grass, earth and mild herbs. The nose holds too much dough and plums from the yeast (for a lager and for my liking). The flavour is near medium sweet and near medium bitter with a light dryish finish. Very yeasty, grassy, earthy, herbal, bready and light caramelly. The mouthfeel is quite full for a lager with a strange big bubbly carbonation. Earthy bitter and bready finish. Medium bodied. gyllenbock (9711) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUN 11, 2010
The color was slightly cloudy, yellow-brown. The foam was white and medium-sized.
The aroma contained mainly fruit and grass. Straw, grass, some perfume, malt, diacetyl and earthy elements. Even a slight smokiness and bread of course. Drinkable but nothing special. anders37 (26878) - Malmö, SWEDEN - JAN 15, 2010

Comments: Pleasantly well-put if fizzy, strong sour bread, sourdough flavours. Floral and light-bodied, but also sharply zesty/lemony. Original and successful.
Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of straw - and so is the flavor. I find it boring. larsniclas (7193) - Billdal, SWEDEN - OCT 27, 2007
Sampled at SBWF, 2007.
Golden with a bubbly, white head.
Dry, floury aroma with loads of diacetyl. Somewhat smoked in the flavour.
