Lovely mahogny color. Crisp, clean and bitter beer, seducing blend of hops. Refreshing, very moreish. Well balanced, well crafted. Long bitter finish.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 18 Sep 2009) Reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of caramel, grapefruit and red berries. Fruity, malty taste with red berries, grapefruit, caramel, a touch of gentian root and pine needles in the finish. Solid malt structure and a generous citrussy hop character makes this a very well balanced and tasty beer. Really nice.

Bottled. A red beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma is lovely hoppy - which among others lends it notes of elderflowers, but it also has notes of malt, caramel, yeast, and a touch of dust. The flavor is very sweet with notes of malt, hops, elderflowers, pollen, and hay, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

Botella de 500ml. Vaso de Pinta. Saboreada en agt´11. Color ambar brillante. Algo velada. Espuma marfil amarillenta. Retrogusto suave y resinoso. Buena asimilación. Maridaje: Sandwiches de bacón y queso. 500ml bottle. Pint glass. Enjoyed on agt´11. Brigth amber in color. Chill haze. Yellowish off-white froth. Close, small bubbled, crown shows excellent retention.Hop aroma overwhelms moderate toasted malts. Biscuit malts at first sip followed caramel malt, choco malt & dry but gentle underliying hoppiness. Subtle fruitness – citrics & berries- in the middle. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Harsh sweet finish. ABV is felt with spicy touch. Smooth resiny aftertaste. Good drinkability. Pairing: Bacon & cheese sandwiches.

Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival. Clear amber, coarse head. Very powerful perfumy mango/lychee aroma. Dryish and clean, very hoppy and very aromatic. Perfumy bitter finish. Very American in style, really good!
