Doft: Doften är mycket kryddig. Koriander tycker jag känna. Intressant. Smak: även den ganska kryddig och nu börjar den bli lite irriterande. Ganska brödig även.

500ml Bottle (Thanks Gyllenbock) - Gold/amber with moderate carbonation and a small head. Orange, lemon, grapefruit, tea and a hint of spice feature in the aroma. Tangy, spicy, fruity and slightly soapy taste with notes of marmalade, lemon, tea and coriander. There’s a lot going on here!

3.4
Svesse (8786) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - OCT 16, 2010
(Bottle) Hazy golden colour with rich, frothy, white head. Fruity, wheaty nose with notes of lemon peel, orange, coriander, bread and a touch of honey. Fruity, wheaty taste with citrus peel, lemon, orange, coriander, lemon grass, bread, hay, a touch of yeast and grassy hops in the finish. Medium body, fairly dry. I’m not really a fan of witbiers, but this was quite nice. Possibly due to the aromatic hop character, it’s not really bitter, but with a nice touch of grassy hops. Slightly different, but nice.

500 ml bottle. From Sweden. Courtesy of Brandman.
Clear golden colour with no head. Strong grainy malty aroma with some sweet caramel and sour citrus twist. Flavour is grainy malty. Some mild bitterness, grassy hops and hints of metal. Bland and flat. Feels a bit past BB but I couldn’t find the Bäst före date. Not very good Wit I’m afraid.

RuneStumo (2710) - Haugesund, NORWAY - OCT 2, 2010
02.10.2010, 0,5l Bottle. Golden yellow colour with white head. Malty wheat aroma with a lot of bitterness. Refreshing beer with a lot of hop flavours. I think its a little to dry.
