750mL bottle poured hazy golden-yellow with big white head fading quickly with no lace. Aromas of citrus and yeast. Taste is lightly sweet with some spice and yeast up front and a light bitter hop in the finish. One of the better organic beers. Fred82 (2324) - Québec City, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 26, 2011

Appearance : Clear pale yellow.
Aroma : Wheat and crisp malt. Light lactic notes. Light funk too maybe.
Taste : Wheat and grain. Light lactic notes. Grainy finish with wheat and citrusy tartness.
Overall : Interesting. I don’t get why the Bio version became wild compared to the regular version. Interesting tartness with light funk notes. Felt a bit like a Berliner Weisse to me. Quite refreshing and drinkable. Not bad.
bottle. Hazy pale yellow below a thick white mattress that stays for the entire glass. Aroma is soapy sour lemons. Palate is light, with tart/sour citrus character at the forefront, yoghurty acidity and light bitterness in the finish. Not awesome, but fairly refreshing and interesting enough for me to be glad to have tried it. Gethinbeer (2452) - Nova Scotia, CANADA - JUL 11, 2011
Hazy yellowy white. Thin white head. Spice/herb wheat malt aroma. Thin texture. Flavour of honey, biscuit malt and herb. Bendrixian (1514) - Canadiana, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 7, 2011
250 ml bottle. Well fileted but still remains slight y cloudy and highly carbonation. beligian yeast notes, spices, yeast, and some fruit.medium bodied with frothy, highly carbonated profile and tasting of tart lemon marangue pie. Such a random beer for the NSLC to carry. Add more body to this brew and it would be much better.

A hazed pale yellow ale with a thin white head. In aroma, smooth herbal spices, sweetish watermelon. In mouth, a nice smooth sweet saison, light lactic points, smooth and quaffable. Bottle at Mondiale 2011, June 12 2011. Diogène (1208) - Mirabel, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 16, 2011
Bottle. Pale straw color with a thin white head and average retention. Aroma is hay, herbs, mint, yeast and pale malt. Flavor is slightly acidic with pale malt, herbs, eucalyptus, yeast, alcohol. Moderately dry. Fizzy carbonation. txspartan (1080) - Berchem, BELGIUM - JUN 9, 2011
Strange scent of cheese. Luckily nothing like that in its enjoyable flavour. Might have more of this. HeistAlmighty (1156) - Saint John, New Brunswick, CANADA - JUN 6, 2011
250ml bottle. Cloudy yellow appearance. Taste is strongly of lemons and citrus, with notes of spice and yeast. Enjoyable and refreshing, but a little confusing as to how something that tastes like that could be beer. Palme (4811) - Bergen, NORWAY - MAY 4, 2011
0.25l bottle. Pours a semi cloudy pale golden body with a fading fluffy bright white head. Aroma is oranges, citrus, yeast with a sour twist. Quite nice actually. Body is medium, texture is light oily and carbonation is medium. Light and easy to drink with notes of citrus and those small orange fruits I just never can seem to remember the name of. Kumquat perhaps? It’s then wrapped up in a quite light bitter and perhaps a tiny bit dry finish. This was a pleasant surprise to have. Mild and really light drinkable. One of the better bio-beers I’ve had.
