Draft at BPP. Micro Monday! Gold pour with fluffy white head. Aroma of lemon zest, cloves, and just a bit of banana. Taste: lemon zest is what I notice most prominently, with muted banana and cloves behind. Lightly sweet. Finishes wheaty and slightly bitter. Palate: light body, lively carbonation, crisp. Overall: light and refreshing, a nice summer beer, and one of the better local hefe examples I’ve come across. luttonm (6657) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JAN 25, 2014
Draft at Beveridge Place in West Seattle. Hazy gold-yellow. Creamy, ice cream sweet. Good yeast balance to wheat sweetness. fiulijn (21022) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 16, 2012

Cloudy blond color, with creamy head. Nice spicy aroma. Wheat flavor, very smooth, with delicate spice profile and late fruity touch.
A good Hefeweizen.
Hazy dark golden color/ ivory head. Nice banana, clove, sweet pale malt, mild vegetal aromas. Medium body. Rich sweet banana, honey, clove malty yeasty flavors--not much wheat tartness to balance--decent enough though. thirdeye11 (6162) - Dallas, Texas, USA - SEP 30, 2011
(22oz bomber thanks to bu11zeye) Yes it was infected, but oddly I liked it. Cloudy orange pour with very few bubbles for head. Effervescent nonetheless. Nose of burnt popcorn, allspice and clove, and wheat. Taste is more infected than the nose lead on. Tangerine, wheat, orange pulp, bread, odd but interestingly sour.

Bottle from bu11zeye. Hazy yellow pour with a big white head. Aroma is dusty, kinda earthy, banana, and sour fruit. Taste is ass-puckering tart, sour, sweet, a little fruit, and crazy tinglies. Hello, sour hefeweizen style!
