tap, very cloudy/thick bright yellow pour with no head, wonderful citrus/malt aroma, taste of citrus, wheat, banana, and a light clove overtone, zero bite/bitterness on palate, excellent beer...hope bottled is anywhere close to this! robforbes (2267) - Bremerton, Washington, USA - NOV 26, 2008
pours a semi-cloudy orange-yellow with a medium size thick white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a good lacing, heavy carbonation throughout.
smell is of wheat, touch of spice, and some bread yeast.
taste has a lively carbonation on the tongue, wheat, slight banana, some yeast in the back, there is a touch of spice, and ends somewhat on the thick side with a spicy aftertaste.
overall better than most of the silver city offerings.

Look is very orange, almost like cloudy orange juice, white head. Aroma is citrus, banana, wheat, yeast. Taste is much the same as the aroma but with less citrus showing. Not bad. harpsm (36) - Maryland, USA - JUN 30, 2008
Draft at brewpub. Extremely cloudy banana pulp color. Very crisp, champagne-like body. Plenty of fruity banana flavor with light clove. Light, but full-flavored. Great for a hot day. presario (4925) - Stampede City, Alberta, CANADA - MAY 22, 2008
Bottle. Cloudy dark yellow. Very light head. Zesty soft banana and bread aroma. Zesty refreshing taste. A bit chalky. Sour lemon edge. Light on the banana.

From a 22-ounce bottle purchased at By The Bottle in Vancouver, WA--Poured a hazy bright yellow-golden with a medium-sized fluffy white top. Mild banana and clove aroma typical of Bavarian hefes. Crisp and clean, but a little dull and thin. Not the best hefe, but far from the worst. riversideAK (6265) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - APR 13, 2008
22oz bottle. The pour looks like the picture. A nice cloudy yellow orange beer with a great head. A light aroma of clove, banana, and a good amount of wheat in cereal form. Nice light fruity sweetness is accompanied by lots of wheat. A lightly sweet and pleasantly fruity hefe. Thirst quenching. Well made etc. BückDich (5477) - McCall, Idaho, USA - APR 9, 2008
Tap @ Brewery: Hazy cloudy gold with a light white head and nice lacing. Nose of sulpher, banana and strong clove. Meaty body, chewy and sweet with some residuals in the tail. Esters and rough, some soap. after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - APR 6, 2008
Draft at the brewpub. This would certainly be the beer of the day by a long shot after today’s Olympic Peninsula pub crawl. BuckeyeBoy (8500) - Boise, Idaho, USA - MAY 21, 2007
Cloudy bright lemony yellow. Thin white foamy head. Nice florid banana nose. Creamy medium body, soft carb. Nice banana and clove. Not astonishing but very clean and refreshing with a lovely creamy round body. Well-made hefe.
On Tap at BrewPub. Pours out a pretty nice cloudy yellow. A nice banana aroma like a hef should have. Tasted not to bad pretty good hef.
