Cloudy blond color, with creamy head. Nice spicy aroma. Wheat flavor, very smooth, with delicate spice profile and late fruity touch.
A good Hefeweizen.
On tap at Silver City, pours a filthy cloudy orangey yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out bananas and citrus, maybe a touch of clove. Flavour is along the same lines, with banana upfront, followed by citrus, wheat and clove. Clean and balanced, but nothing special. Decent. Densely sedimented tan colour. Heavy banana/yeast aroma. Spritzy carbonation, which cuts through what would otherwise be kind of cloying. Lots of sweetness, light banana and a musty, footy yeastiness. Fairly dry in the finish as the yeastiness begins to dominate. Pretty far from the bright, lively hefes I like.
Draft - Sweet banana and a touch of citrus. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Sweet banana and some orange. Decent. bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - MAY 10, 2011
(22oz bottle) Pours a hazy yellow body with a medium white head. Aroma of cardboard, clove, scorched popcorn, light banana, and lemon zest. Flavor of orange, infection sourness, wheat, and clove.

Very pale cloudy yellow beer, thin white lace. Some spicy coriander notes, bubble gum, and very faint clove. A bit vegetal. Falvour is wheay enought, light yeastiness but the body is a bit thin. Light estery finish. 3fourths (9351) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - AUG 3, 2005
Glowing soft murky yellow. Sweet fruity, yeasty and fresh tasting beer. Light and crisp, with a German yeast nose and a woody finish. Very fresh tasting, and a perfect summer hefeweizen. BuckeyeBoy (8205) - Boise, Idaho, USA - MAY 21, 2007
