Tap at Silver Creek. Unfiltered thick orange-brown body. Thin steady off-white head. Sweet butterscotch malt tones. Earthy, oily hop character. Subdued carbonation, relatively soft on the palate. Medium bodied, refreshing. Sort of like an APA met a Steam beer. Toasty mellow gingerbread tones. Decent stuff. esjaygee (3904) - Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA - MAY 19, 2012
On tap at Silver Creek. Murky mahogany with next to no head. Aroma of fruits and tannins, malt and mild citrus. Taste is fruity with pale malt, mild citrus a touch of pine and light alcohol. Dry finish with just a hint of bitterness.
