On tap @ Silver Gulch. Clear reddish brown with a small white head. Aroma of smoky peet, toffee and some bread dough. Flavor is mostly smooth peety smoke with a bread/caramel malt and light dry chocolate. Medium to full body with a clean, dry mouth feel. Excellent beer, the smoke is perfectly balance out and blends great with the bread malt.

Overall, this was as good as I could expect from a scottish style I think. They kept it traditional while adding a very nice smokiness throughout. If you’re a fan of Single Malts from Islay you’ll probably like this.
