On tap at Venti’s South. Spice and cloves. A bit of citrus and orange. Light carbonation. 5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - NOV 25, 2011
Bottle:   Soft amber, a little hazy, large foamy off-white head, a few rings of lacing.   Sweet candied
citrus peel on the nose, subtle but its there.   Faint wheatiness.   Sweet wheatiness on the tongue, a little
mealy.   No banana, clove... its like a Hefe but from some other country.   More in common with American
version than German.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Sweet finish, wheaty, minor citrus aspect.
Better than I thought, but its not like any German I have had.   Reminds me of an American Wheat already with some
orange peel in it.   Not what I was expecting, but decent enough. Zymurgeist2 (2364) - Redwood City, California, USA - NOV 10, 2011
On tap at the brewery. Great hazy gold with big white head. Has very nice German hefe aroma of banana. Flavor is the same as the aroma. bhensonb (15758) - Woodland, California, USA - JAN 12, 2011
Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours orange gold with a foamy white head. Nice banana aroma. HInt of spice. Near med body. Flavor doesn’t match the aroma all that well. The spice overtops the banana. Decent hefe. AmEricanbrew (7011) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - DEC 2, 2010
Slightly hazy dark golden color/ wispy off white head. Nice orange, lemon, wheat bread, mild spice aromas. Smooth wheaty mouthfeel. Orange, mild banana, bready malty flavors- easy drinking.

Golden in color, hazy with a thin head. Lots of banana and clove in the aroma. There was a nice malt backing wheat flavored with the Hefe Banana and clove flavors. Very nice Hefe.
pours a very cloudy yellow with a small white head, and some lacing.
smell is of wheat, a touch of citrus, and some banana.
taste is crisp, yeast, a little citrus, and some hops in the back, ends a little oily. Zeswaft (1780) - Seattle, Washington, USA - AUG 22, 2010
Somewhat of a sour taste. Not the best german hefeweizen or even a good american attempt. Overly wheaty and not enough of the banana or bubblegum esters blutt59 (6579) - Dallas, Texas, USA - OCT 14, 2009
bottle, clearish golden yellow with short lived foam, fruity cantaloupe aroma, flavors of sweet melon and citrus, pleasant finish hayduke (5677) - Eureka, California, USA - SEP 14, 2009
From a 22 oz bottle this poured a cloudy butterscotch yellow with a nice white head and good lacing. The nose is a strong aroma of banana and clove. Mouthfeel is lively and crisp yet smooth. Favor is malty with some citrus and fruit there and he finish is dry and crisp like the mouthfeel. A very nice hefe.
