22oz brought from Oregon. Sampled 10/28/11. Pours orange with nice pillowy white head. Aroma is certainly big fresh raw hops; bits of pine, citrus and earthiness. Taste is much the same with a good malt backbone. Sometimes these fresh hop brews almost come off medicinal if not properly done with a good malt backbone, but this one comes off as truly fresh. Nice.
Keg at the Beer Mongers, PDX, 09/11/14.
Clear golden with a moderate off white covering.
Nose is orange pith, juicy hop wash, straw, grapefruit.
Taste comprises orange, light floral notes, not a huge amont of depth.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.

a sweet leaning IPA that is hoppy yet not abrasive making it pretty easily drinkable. Surprisingly I like this better than their standard IPA, which would seemingly have a more diverse hop profile. BuckeyeBoy (7510) - Boise, Idaho, USA - OCT 11, 2014
On tap at Bend pub. Pours out a dark golden topped with a long lasting fluffy white head. Nose is floral tropical fruit and caramel sweetness. Taste is more of the caramel sweetness a nice tropical fruit kick and some cereal malts. GT (10000) - San Diego, California, USA - OCT 19, 2013
Tap at Silver Moon. Pours a clear light orange with ridiculous lacing. Nose is dense sugar, sweat, caramel, toffee, fresh kumquat. Taste is sweaty, dusty, papery, light melon. Palate is way cardboardy, newspaper. Oxidized or stale keg? pdx77 (1483) - Oregon, USA - OCT 5, 2013
On draught at 2013 Portland Fresh Hop Beer Fest. Full golden color. Aroma is tropical fruit. Taste is caramel, spicy passionfruit, guava, citrus, with light malt. Finishes both sweet and tart.

Bomber from Made in Oregon. Pours hazy, opaque amber with a slight beige head. Huge fruit/floral aroma. Med + body. Flavor is slight caramel and some slightly spicy fruit with floral. Finishes that way and oh most definitely bitter. Imagine me making yummy sounds (credit to Mel Brooks). If you have a chance for this, well, never turn down a good thing (credit to Starship Troopers). BK7 (773) - Turner, Oregon, USA - NOV 8, 2012
Bomber. Grapefruit, citrus and pine. Bitterness throughout. A bit resiny. Caramel background. Solid IPA finish. Tasty. chris2431 (241) - Oregon, USA - FEB 15, 2012

Growlers served in a tulip. Pours clear amber-orange with a medium-large fluffy head. Good retention and frothy lacing. Aroma is grassy and floral: big time. There’s also some orange citrus and earthy funk. Overall, very green. Flavor is bitter and shows more green-ness and lemon. Medium light body, average carbonation, oily-creamy texture, and an very oily, very bitter lasting finish. This is quality through and through.
