Tessic (1152) - Brantford, Ontario, - MAY 23, 2014
This wheat poured a cloudy light amber colour with a quick living head. Scents include cloves, citrus, spice and bubblegum. First swig was a little thin with flavours of orange citrus, bubblegum and spices. Finish is flavoured with bubblegum, cloves and light yeast flavour.

Listigovers (1171) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 1, 2017
Hazy gold good head retention. Smells like wheat and wet grain. Flavor is similar, a bit of butter but not unpleasant, banana ester. Not much herbal or spice, is okay.

jksipa (943) - Newmarket, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 15, 2016
Bottle from the brewery. Clear medium amber under a one finger persisting white head. Nose is Wheat, banana. light spice and some floral notes. Light sweet honey with some fruity tartness and just a kiss of cloves. Mouth is medium- and slick with active carbonation. 7/4/7-/3+/13

-another solid beer from Silversmith Brewing -Sampled on draught the beer poured an unfiltered hazy golden colour with touches or amber. It had a long lasting white head and lots of carbonation. The nose contained the classic banana and clove with some citrusy orange and lemon, wheat and yeast. The taste is much as would be expected: wheat, clove, citrus and a touch of banana. Spicy yeasts finish the beer with a spicy finish and a hop bitterness. This is a well executed beer, made with all natural ingredients and is unpasteurized.

Bottle from the brewery. Hazy orange-gold. Just a ring of head. Wheat, yeast, and maybe a touch of honey in the nose. The flavour is much the same, with a little candy -fruit and some spice at the end. Interesting beer.

Quevillon (3089) - Boisbriand, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 2, 2015
Drank on tap (12 oz) at the brewpub on June 25, 2015. Light hazy gold, small head. Dry and fragrant wheat aroma, some sweetness. The taste is more effervescent and creamier, light wheat bitterness. Nice light breakfast beer!

JoeMcPhee (9426) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 23, 2015
Pale straw-yellow pour with a thick white head. The aroma is lightly spicy and a little bit fruity. Has a touch of apple character. Quite light on the fermentation front with none of the typical banana character or any real estery profile. Meh - pretty lackluster.

Spab (3842) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 19, 2014
650 ml bottle from brewery retail store. Pours a lightly cloudy golden yellow with modest-sized white head. Aroma is big wheat, a little banana and some lemon. Flavour is chewy wheat, lemon zest, light banana note and hints of clove. Fizzy carbonation. Pleasant.

mabel (9246) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 11, 2014
[6090-20131203] Bottle. Light citrus wheat aroma. Hazy, light brown orange body with a quick foamy white head. Bitter wheat grain flavour. Medium body. Good, simple, easy to drink. (6/3/6/3/13) 3.1
